They sent the second string tech to install the parts and he did complain about the commission the other tech was getting for selling me the replacement parts. Tech #2 did not use a ground Strap before touching the new circuit board! This can cause problems in the future from static discharge. Remember the service providers are on commission!

They cleaned it out and it worked for a year. Then it failed entirely and they gave me prompt emergency help despite it being the weekend. I had them replace it with a new heat pump version. Nestor gave me great knowledgeable advice about the options and how to navigate the 2025 change in the refrigerant regulations. Very competent and very competitive rates!

Tech stated that the new compressor had to be replaced. This does not seem like the correct diagnosis. I had to call and try to get in touch with the company line and the owner for days to get a response about the part. When I did speak to the owner he stated that the part was "being" ordered and would take weeks to come in but he was unsure of how long. I dealt with them and my warranty company to get an itemized estimate since their pricing seemed suspicious and extremely overpriced. Owner is extremely rude and don't feel safe with him or his team coming into my home. Stay away from them.
