The process dragged on for over four months, mostly waiting for parts, and I ended up exactly where I started. Every replacement part they installed failed, and the troubleshooting went in circles with no progress. The technician genuinely tried, but nothing was resolved. On the last visit, they installed another board with no improvement, then attempted to charge me again. I refused -- nothing had been diagnosed or fixed, and I was already out $1,300. After that, the company stopped responding to calls and emails. Only when I reported the issue to the manufacturer did the owner contact me, demanding $369 for the previous visit and full payment upfront for any future service. When I pushed back, he emailed saying the company was "parting ways" with me. In short, the company demonstrated poor customer service, charged repeatedly without delivering a solution, and stopped communicating when they couldn't figure out the issue. I ultimately purchased a brand‑new HVAC system because I no longer felt safe relying on the original equipment after months of failed repairs.

We called the…read morecompany that typically services our A/C (yes, this wasn't the first or second or third time our A/C had stopped working in the two years we've owned our home) and they didn't call or text us back. Since we couldn't wait around too long my wife gave Future Tech a call based on recommendations she found on Nextdoor. Scott and his crew came out right away and assessed our situation. They said we would need a new system. They quoted us for a new Bosch system that had both A/C and a heat pump. While originally seeming a bit pricey, the unit came with a $2,000 rebate and $2,000 tax credit. We accepted the offer and were scheduled to have it installed the next week. A few days later Scott called and told us he had convinced another couple that had a system that was currently working (they were looking to upgrade) to allow us to go first since we had young kids and no air. They agreed and our A/C install happened much sooner than it was initially scheduled. That NEVER happens! The duct work and A/C install was completed in a day. Around 7 at night, when everything was done, Scott took me out and showed me the system and explained what he did, what I need to know and what I should keep an eye on with it. After that we talked about the Eagles and Ravens. Then we shook hands and he headed home. Since the install, I have noticed a huge difference in the amount the A/C runs (our old system seemed to be constantly going) and how cool our house stays. On top of that, despite keeping the house three to four degrees cooler than we did with our old system, our electric bills have been much lower than with the previous unit. My family and I could not be happier with the work that Scott and Future Tech Heating & Cooling did on our home.

She tried to force maintenance service on me when all I wanted was my unit fixed at the time. She refused to let her husband fix my unit. He was going to FIX IT. SHE TOLD HIM NO! You are not fixing it. She wanted me to maintenance done now and without me getting maintenance done I could not get my unit fix the drain was clogged, they saw a problem. So she stormed out the door tracking all kinds of dirt on my carpet as she left and said she would bill me , really please this company is a two person company her customer service was unacceptable. ttwice before going to Lucas air! UPDATE ALERT! So Lucas air responded to my review and told 95% lies. 1. As we all know the weather has been chilly and my air was off for over 24 hours so I did not continue to run my air. 2. I NEVER got irate with Lucas air, Lucas Air got irate with me because they wanted me to purchase a maintenance package instead of unclogging MY drain. 3. The only truth in Lucas response was my carpet was wet, that's how I found out my furnace was leaking. 4. I CALLED MY home warranty company, reported the very rude and unprofessional service from Lucas Air, they sent out a new company the very next day and the new company fixed the furnace with pleasure and did all necessary maintenance that needed to be done to the furnace, added a easy access drain spout so the clog could be prevented in the future, ALL COVERED! Luca Air got a PARTNER VIOLATION AGAINST THEM FROM MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO FIX MY FURNACE WITHOUT ME PURCHASING A MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FROM THEM. That speaks for itself.
