I can count on very few fingers the number of contractors that have been reliable and of integrity. Jay with Complete Comfort, LLC was phenomenal from outreach to work completion. When I initially reached out, Jay was a bit occupied with other jobs and said that he would contact me back, and he did just that within a day. Most contractors wouldn't remember to call back, but Jay was great at communicating when he'd be able to come by. When he arrived, he was very thorough to check each part of the HVAC unit and talk me through it. He showed us all the potential problems that could be causing our HVAC issue and why. He also gave us tips to manage air ow (especially during the summer) and prevent mold in the ducts. He explained everything in laymen's terms which was very helpful. On the side, Jay also went over and behind to tell us how to monitor for carbon monoxide poisoning, which was important for me and my growing family! He didn't overcharge and was up front about his pricing. He also recommended a duct cleaning person that can do a good job!! I would highly recommend Jay and this company! We have used Complete Comfort many times now and we will keep using them on the future. In our first house they will able to fix our AC unit when another contractor had said it had to be replaced. In our recently bought home, thanks to Jay's expertise, by fixing our unit, our electric bill was reduce from $400 to $150! They also redid all the duck work when we decided to remove a wall and did such a wonderful work. These guys are great! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable. I had my HVAC go out during some of the hottest days this summer so far (up to 87 degrees in my house). I was referred to Complete Comfort from a friend / coworker who had used them before and suggested I call them. Not only did Jeremy come out very quickly after my call to assess the problem and recommend a solution, but he was even able to source and install a brand new system within a few days (my old system was approximately 22 years old). It's also worth noting he was extremely competitive on the price to install the new system. Everyone I mentioned the price I paid for this new system was shocked at how low the cost was. My AC wouldn't respond to my thermostat. I called Jeremy at 8 pm and he answered right away, he helped me try and troubleshoot the issue on the phone. Nothing worked, he asked for my location and found that he had an appointment close by the next day and said he would come by to run diagnostics. He located the issue, replaced the fuse, and was out the door within an hour. Huge relief especially since the DC heat is supposed to hit later today and last throughout the week. Couldn't be happier with the service I got from Jeremy and Comfort Care. I started hearing odd noises on different levels of my townhome with the heat running. It was never consistent or obvious where they were from, so I called Jeremy. The next day he came on time, was easy to talk to, and was patient with the process. Just when we were about to give up on trying to duplicate the noises, he asked to run the system through one more time. Sure enough he could hear it on that last run, and his suspicions were confirmed. He came back two days later and took care of it. For the time he put in, the general advice he gave me as a new homeowner, and the actual repair, I felt I got a more than fair price. I normally don't write reviews but knew I had to write one for Complete Comfort. I have been using complete comfort for years now at 2 different properties in the area and have been blown away by everything they do from their customer service to the work they do. This is a company you can trust to treat you right and will not charge you more than they have too. They are not a contractor that will tell you they need to change parts that do not need it. They will give you options and let you choose the option that is best for you. On a couple occasions they did extra research on their own and found parts that were under warranty and were able to get the repairs done for free. They didn't have to do that, and I would have not known there was a warranty out there. They have also advised me on occasion to choose a less expensive option when it made sense when they could have sold me on the more expensive option. Every time they do work for me, they show up on time, are very professional and do a great job and leave the area better than they found it. They also go the extra mile by filing out all the paperwork if permits are needed and the warranty paperwork when the job is done. On one occasion when they were very busy one of the Owners Jeff actually came out himself to take care of a furnace issue during an extreme cold spell, he was awesome. Mark another one of the owners is also great to work with and really knowledgeable about the different options available for customers and also goes out of his way to make the customer comfortable. I also can't say enough good things about their office manager Stephanie. All I can say is wow you just don't find that kind of customer service anymore. On a recent furnace replacement, they sent Nate and Jake to do the work. They really know how to hire people everyone I have dealt with over the years have been professional, very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards for the customers and Nate and Jake were no exception. Complete Comfort knows how to treat people and are very trustworthy which I think is the most important factor when considering a company. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else but Complete Comfort for any of their HAVC needs. read more
