I really did not want to have to write this review but here we are. I have reached out many many…read moretimes to try to come to a resolution with this company. They have not returned my calls, texts, emails, etc. This has gone on for a long time. All Nite was hired to instill new pipes from our house to the county clean out line. We live on a flag lot and so the stretch of pipe is long. Unfortunately, only a few months after the work was done we had a massive plumbing back up. We discovered that the newly installed pipes had settled due to improper and inadequate backfill of the dirt. This means the waste water from our house does not have adequate gravity flow from the house to the county line. The pipe is bellying significantly underground to the point that a significant stretch is completely filled with water. Additionally, our driveway has sunk significantly. It is very obvious the backfill work done was not properly done. This has caused frequent clogs and issues and is an ongoing liability to our home. Without getting it fixed, we risk regular plumbing backups and significant water damage to our property. Despite dozens of attempts to have them fix the issue, they have not and they never return our messages, emails, texts, or calls. Cannot recommend this company as they do not stand behind the work they do.

LET ME TELL YOU THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE RUDE MANAGER OF THIS BUSINESS (he told me that he was…read morea manager). On November 19, 2025 I purchased and installed a new furnace unit. I paid $2965.00 for it. From the very beginning I started having problems with it. I called them, they send several technicians. The last time they came one of their technicians put the thermostat in temporary mode and told me that they were going to contact somebody (I understood a person working with the manufacturer of the unit) and that that person was going to call me. I never got a phone call for a new appointment. The technician (the one that told me that they were going to give a new appointment) set the thermostat in temporary mode in the 60's degrees, a temporary remedy but not fixing the real problem. (Obviously those 3 technicians that came were unable to fix the situation; they were going to call somebody else but that new technician never came). Two previous visits from these technicians and they could not solve the problem. It worked for a while in temporary mode: the only thing that I needed to do was to raise the temperature but still I should be able to put it permanent. I left it like that because I thought that the person who answered the phone the first time was rude and I did not want to call again so soon; the sound of the voice I heard sounds very similar to the insolent I had to deal with today. Now yesterday (4/15/2026), with the hot weather, I tried to use the air conditioning. It did not work. I called; I left a message. This person called me back but I missed him. I have to keep calling to see if somebody would take the phone. Finally this...whatever pick up the phone. I have never heard a person so rude dealing with a customer. He told me to stop calling so often and obviously he was irritated because of the amount of times I tried to contact them. He was very condescending talking to me like he was a smart you know what and telling me that he could not understand me. He became in the defensive telling me that their customers were very satisfied with their services. He also would not let me talk, talking over me and trying to dominate the conversation. A real macho type. Things escalated because I do not allow people to be rude to me (I felt very mistreated and disrespected), which encouraged me to call him a name, which fits him real well (I want to emphasize that it was not a racial slur because one time an African American called me racist and I am a Black Puerto Rican woman and I was in front of him; interesting, isn't it? Very soon he was yelling at me by phone totally out of control. (I hope that he does not beat his wife; he seems to have an anger problem). Concerning his condescending attitude toward me, I come from a very well educated family and I have an above education myself and I was not going to allow this type of people to disrespect me. So I yelled back. Certainly some people do not know how respect means and the arrogance is appalling sometimes. Some people think that they are a big thing when in reality they are a tiny thing. Maybe it was my accent, I have a Spanish accent. I was hearing his yelling and asking myself Who does he think he is? My family has education: I would like to know if it is the same with his family that can justify his condesceding manner towards me. I asked him the name of the owner of the business: he told me the name. When I asked the physical address of the business so that we could have a conversation face to face he did not give me the information. This is the way this person treats some customers. I do not know if it was my Spanish accent but an accent does not determine the level of education the person has and not the family that person comes from. DO ME A FAVOR, DO NOT OCCUPY THESE PEOPLE. This is the way this insolent has treated somebody that have given almost $3000.00 to their business. And last time they did not call back for a further appointment. They are coming this coming Tuesday. I told them that if this situation is not resolved we will go in front of a judge and I am sure that it is going to be done very fast. If I made mistakes in some instances of grammar, my apology but English is not my native language I would not make mistakes writing in Spanish which is my specialty.

The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.
