Within hours of him leaving I had water in my basement which I didn't have prior to him coming! I called the company three times which they said they would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I did get was a bill for an additional $350 on top of the $50 service fees I had to pay and the $150 my warranty paid. What's interesting is that I asked the plumber how much the job would have costed me without my warranty and he said $250!! So I'm confused at how a $250 job was billed at $550. My warranty company called them and they said they wouldn't send anyone out until I paid the additional $350. I'm also confused at how he "snaked the line to the street" and that same line is still clogged per the new plumber currently working in my basement. He also cracked the line cap which is why the water is backing up in the basement and not in the pipes as it initially did! I'm so confused and completely disgusted by how this business handles customers! Beware and learn from my nightmare!

Came home from vacation with with an 85F house still trying (in vain) to get to 75F. Walter…read moreresponded to late night Friday request for service and setup time for system checkout Saturday afternoon. Since I was the only one home this weekend I just slept with a fan. In morning I did some online research to see if I could fix it myself sooner. I believe I could have fixed it (I'm pretty handy and have these kinds of tools already) IF I could have gotten my hands on the part I needed for $12 from Home Depot or similar. Amazon delivery was a day or two away. Got a call to say he'd be here in 20 minutes, so I tabled that thought. Walter came and showed me my air filter was dirtier than I expected, so I replaced that on the spot. He then replaced the exact part I was going to (so I was sad I didn't just do it myself, but again it would have been 24-48 hours later to get my hands on it). The compressor should have just kicked in after that but evidently there was a loose electrical connection, which he troubleshot and fixed quickly. Everything fired up and he checked the Freon level, which he said was fine. Cooling is working now as it should be. Walter told me to keep an eye on it and let him know if any other issues come up, as compressor could be damaged from running broken before the fix. Price was reasonable, though not anywhere near what it would have cost for me to fix it myself. But considering it was a Saturday morning (and I started looking for repairs on Friday night) for "emergency service" it was the same as what a competitor was quoting me for service "sometime" on Monday (non-emergency service). So, by this standard, which I suppose most homeowners would use, I judge it to be pretty reasonable. Walter was professional, friendly, and courteous. Only other thing to mention is paying with a credit card is 4% more. So I paid him with a check.

I had a very difficult experience with ground loop and unfortunately can not recommend them…read more Although initially the project was going well, they did not fulfill the project as we discussed and did not install the proper equipment for functioning of the internet monitoring symphony system for the water furnace geothermal in our main house and did not setup the symphony system in our secondary structure system. In addition, it was very difficult to schedule work with them and the project took much longer than expected to complete.They only came out to finish the work properly when we withheld their final payment for incomplete work. Then after completing the work I promptly provided the payment only for them to refuse to provide the final rebate documents needed for the tax credits for state and federal and my state renewable energy credits filing in an attempt to extort me for additional money beyond what we agreed for the project. They have also refused to provide appropriate warranty/maintenance services related to their installation which does not appear to be cooling properly in the main house just months after installation. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience and although they seem to be skilled professionals I do not view them as honest business people and therefore would recommend to stay away. I myself will not be doing additional business with them.
