After seeing several other companies and hear what they had to say and gave us their estimates we had to go with Mario and his team. They installed a Daikin unit with barely any wait time. They were able to use the existing dampers from my previous Carrier unit even though their competitors said it wouldn't work. Unit comes with 12 year parts and labor guarantee which is the best deal out there. They didn't have the unit I ordered so the manufacturer upgraded my unit for free. Great first experience. PS 4 weeks later my house is actually cold and my house have never been cold. You have to give these guys a call. I had a question about the app and Mario called me back right away. Nov 2019 I had my heating system inspected near the end of summer, as usual. I don't recall if the tech checked the humidifier at that time. Now I notice that I have an issue with my humidifier (the water isn't flowing through it). My appointment window was 10-noon. Mike called and offered an earlier window due to a cancellation. As per usual, Troy was on time and got RIGHT down to business. He practically took my humidifier apart in an effort to diagnose the issue (no wa Mike and his crew and the best in the business. Mike - Super professional and down to earth. Takes time to explain everything you have/had a concern about. Willing to break things down to layman's terms. Very patient. Never tried to sell me more that I needed. Fair and honest pricing. Crew - These guys (Kirby and Dwayne I think) showed up at my house on time and ready to work. I offered to buy lunch as I was told it would be an all day job. This 2-man wrecking crew worked the entire time, never taking a break. They never complained or became annoyed with my asking questions. Not one foul word was uttered. They worked and behaved like owners NOT employees. I hope to never need them again. Awful, awful, awful. I cannot say AWFUL enough. AC stopped working in June. Triple E came out and advised that I needed a new blower but recommended an entire new furnace, as mine was "on its last leg." Took their advice and had a whole new furnace installed. Five grand and five MONTHS later, furnace stopped working overnight. Had Triple E come out the next morning and was advised that the board had gone up. Tech left to get parts/send someone else/got in an accident (story changed depending on who was telling it) and left me hanging over the weekend with intermittently working heat. Tech came out on Monday and advised "everything is working as it should" and left. FIVE DAYS LATER - no heat again! 55 degrees in my house. Seems I would've been better off keeping my "last leg" furnace because it sure wasn't cold in here until EEE installed a new one. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Wow! It's so nice to finally find a reliable, courteous and knowledgeable Heating and Air company. I did a Yelp search and Triple E immediately responded. I got a phone call that day and was told they have availability the next day for my AC unit that wasn't blowing cold air. I received a text confirmation of appointment time. The technician Troy came out on time and looked at the inside first and found a relatively easy explanation for the lack of cold air. After easily fixing that he looked at the outside AC unit and did a bunch of tests and everything came back within the normal range. Troy explained everything he was doing and made us more knowledgeable about our AC unit. He reassured us our AC unit was in good shape and how to clean it correctly if needed. The maintenance plan which is $169 twice a year is such a bargain. And you get 20% off any additional repairs if needed and they waive the $109 service fee. It was such a relief to know that they will take good care of our heating and cooling needs. read more

We needed a whole new system in 2017 and hired Triple E. AFTER we agreed to everything and install was beginning, the owner calls and says he got a rebate or something from the manufacturer, so our cost would be lower. He didn't have to do that...we never would have known. Yesterday, 7 years later, we had our first issue with the system. A coil in the A/C went up. I have a health issue that was going to be a problem with the heat, and they came right out and made sure they got it working for us. We can't recommend them enough! read more

To make a long and really frustrating story short: Triple E came out to my house a total of 5 (yes, FIVE) times, replaced a MAYBE faulty TXV in the outdoor unit and the problem that was happening since our initial call was STILL happening. Heat isn't working to this day and we've received a second opinion, diagnosing the compressor to be the problem. Now, EEE won't help us out and replace it or match the price after charging us $1,300. This would've been a shining review had they actually fixed the problem. No fix and $1300 later? Who would stand that? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I've never taken the time to write a negative review before but feel the public should be made aware. This experience started in December of 2020 when my heat wasn't working properly. I called triple E who came out to preform multiple inspections on both of my systems( dual zone) to diagnose the problem. The service tech Troy did mention one inspection after the next however failed to ever mention each thing he was checking there would be an additional cost. At the end of the diagnostic I was hit with an extremely large bill on top of the original service fee. I voiced my concerns and gave the company the benefit of the doubt it was a miscommunication. I also agreed to join the EEE club as they come out twice a year to check everything HVAC related for $159/per year. Fast forward to today 4/7/21 I was scheduled for my spring inspection between 8am-8:30am. Troy arrived at 9:00am. I noticed while he was here he was only inspecting one unit. I specifically asked him if he was going to check the other thermostat/unit and he shrugged it off. Again giving him the benefit of doubt. Come the end of my inspection it was determined everything on my ONE unit is perfectly fine. I asked him again what about the other thermostat/unit. At this point he told me for the FIRST time the $159/per year is only for ONE system. When they were initially here in December they inspected BOTH thermostats and BOTH units. When they offer you a membership for $159/per year one would think that is for your entire HVAC system. At no point was it clarified this was for each system, what would the benefit be to a customer to only pay $159/per year when I have two units? The logical thing to do would be to clarify this is only for ONE of your systems and mention- if you'd like coverage on both it would be $318/per year. Troy said this is all you paid for and left my home. This is an unscrupulous company taking advantage of people. On both occasions they intentionally left out the costs associated with their services. I'm now forced to either pay an additional $159/per year or simply not have anyone inspect my other unit. read more

Triple E comes through yet again with stellar service, from 1000 miles away! I have moved out of state with tenants residing in my OM townhouse. During one of the heat waves the AC went out on a Sunday morning, triple E reached back out within 30 mins of me calling them. I'm on the books to have a new AC/heating unit put in on Tuesday. Mike even offered to work directly with my tenants as far as the scheduling which I view as way above and beyond! They are very reasonably priced and above all else Mike and Troy are an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly suggest using Triple E for your HVAC needs! read more

Honest, honest, honest. Knowledgable, friendly, and competitive. If their quote is a little more, it's worth it. They will do the job right and not rip you off. Had a problem with our furnace over weekend. Called a "24/7" company that came out the next day and said we could do a "quick fix" for over $2000 or buy a new $10,000 system! Decided to call Triple E for a second opinion. Triple E sent Mike who was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. Also walked me through some of the ins and outs of my set up since we moved into the house recently. Went so far as to show me how to maintain my humidifier! Mike quoted me for a new system (about 1/3 the price of the first company!) and when I asked about the "the quick fix" he inspected and found that there was NOTHING WRONG other than a faulty wire that had already been replaced by the first company (a one second repair). The other company used some fear tactics to try to get me to commit to costly unnecessary repairs/replacement, saying not fixing the motor/wiring was a fire hazard. Mike felt bad about charging me the very small service charge since he acknowledged I only had to call him due to another company's dishonest practices! Would call these guys again in a heart-beat. Worth every penny for a company as honest and knowledgable as this one. read more

We used this company for both a service call and the annual service contract. This review is exclusively for the annual service. In mid May of this year they came out to do the A/C Spring inspection, which is supposed to cover coolant levels and pressure. They said everything was good. We began to use the A/C in early June and couldn't get the house below 90. As it was 90+ out, we thought maybe things were normal. A month later, BGE determined that the system was short 4 lbs of coolant and they could not find a leak. This really should have been caught by Triple EEE. I am not sure they did anything on their visit. Don't pay for this annual service IMO. read more

Absolutely unacceptable service. We scheduled an appointment for a full AC replacement for a townhouse we rent. We advised Brittany and Mike that we had an AC system on the roof and they would need a ladder. They confirmed that this would be ok on Saturday and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Our tenants and ourselves took off work to meet Mike. An hour before the appointment Mike called to let us know he didn't want to use a ladder and he wasn't coming. WTF. If he didn't want to get on a ladder he could have let us know in any of the multiple hours between when we set up the appointment and the hour before the appointment time. We offered other options suggesting he go through the access panel in the attic or moving the AC to the ground floor. He refused all our suggestions. Our tenants have been without AC the entire weekend. If you want your time wasted call Triple E if you'd like you air conditioning fixed go somewhere else. read more

Triple E is the best! Highly recommended. Last year, we had a recurring issue with our HVAC system causing a bad smell throughout the house. We had several different companies come -- none were able to fix the problem. Some tried to sell us on extremely expensive repairs, which made me suspicious. Triple E was the fourth company I tried and I wish we had found them first! Damon arrived on time, fixed the issue, and didn't try to up-sell us. He was friendly, competent, and informative. An absolute 10 Start experience! Mike and the team at EEE provided exceptional service and an exceptional product. We had a new system installed by Cropp Metcalf 15 years ago and in year 2 started experiencing issues that reoccurred EVERY year we had the system until the system finally failed this year. They came out every year the past 7 years telling us we needed a new system instead of properly fixing the system they sold us. Was able to schedule an appointment quick. The tech was clueless with diagnosis of what was wrong with the furnace, of which I was charged $89.00. The tech had to keep calling a fellow tech for things to check. He then tagged the system and said that he had a high CO reading and a cracked heat exchanger. He said he would need the owner Mike to call me about replacing the furnace. I was able to call another company that came out and fixed the sensor on the heat exchanger and cleaned the coil and the furnace is back working. Of course the owner of EEE called to give me (4) options of replacing all escalating ok price. He said that it was a one a million chance that I got another company so quick to diagnose and fix the furnace. This was 6th time I used EEE over 15 years with 3 different homes and the last time as they were pushing for selling a new furnace and not fixing the unit. The charge was $89.00 for the diagnosis with no fix. The tech was nervous, did not know what to do and very unhelpful. read more
