What a pleasure dealing with this company. Fit me into their busy schedule because they could hear my concern. Worked until everything was fixed - even though I had far underestimated my problem - I didn't just need a duct cleaning, the duct had become disconnected under the floor! Everything about this experience was outstanding. read more

Do not recommend. I had to have a different company come behind TrueDucts because they didn't do the type of job they said they were going to do. They misrepresented themselves as a company and when I raised my concerns with their customer service, I was treated with rude, seemingly AI generated responses. The company then blamed me for not utilizing their warranty if I wasn't satisfied with their work. If I'm not happy with a company the first time, I'm not going to allow them back into my home. The company also does not care that the service they provided was unsatisfactory- they use the warranty as a fall back not to address your concerns. Save yourself the headache and money, and hire a different company. read more

The technician who came out on a 'bundle' call--free dryer vent cleaning with air duct cleaning--made me feel very guilty about doing my dryer vent, implying that he was only there to do the air ducts, but he would be gracious enough to clean the dryer vent since I was so pushy. In the process of cleaning the dryer vent, he punched a couple of holes in the vent and broke the vent cover. I knew about that and let it go to get him out of my house. However, because I split my time between MD and IN, I didn't notice that the dryer vent was actually more clogged. Now, about six months later, it is completely clogged. No air comes out the exterior. And, of course, this is not covered by any warranty (because it's been so long) and I'd have to pay to have them come and possibly wreck the vent even more thoroughly (although I'm not sure how they could do so). 0 out of 10--do not recommend. read more

Professional job done cleaning my ducts by Mario, Jose and Danny. Definitely recommend these guys.

I was searching for some duct work and from all my quotes this company offered the best rates ! I have had 3 different calls for service and have had the pleasure of meeting 3 of their technicians and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I need assistance I have their contact information and they are very responsive! read more

I am disappointed by my service. It was my first time getting my ducts cleaned, and I asked was there anything I need to do before the service. I was told no. The individuals can earlier than my scheduled time, and I was okay with that. They were pleasant and courteous. My issues are the following: -They didn't put on protective covering on their feet. -They offered to sweep my floor, but there was a thick coating of dust on all of my kitchen cabinets and appliances (my furnace is in my kitchen area). Had I been made aware of this, I would have tarp off my kitchen prior. -They had to unscrew several vents and did not screw the vent to my bathroom back. In fact, I am unable to locate a screw. read more

Phillip and his team were remarkable! Making an appointment was a seamless process and they were on time and very professional. Cleaning ducts can get very expensive but True Ducts prices were quite reasonable which I loved. I'd recommend and gladly use this company again. Thanks guys! read more

Had True Ducts out to clean my mother's house and did a very good job. the price paid was the same I was told on phone will be using them again. read more

With a new AC system going in, 3 shedding dogs and 10 years since our last clean, it was time to get the ducts serviced. I called multiple companies and True Duct had the best price and the best availability. Their staff was professional and courteous. They were also responsive to my concerns over about using sanitizer with my chemical allergies/asthma even though it was a mild plant based chemical. I would definitely use them again. read more

Do not hire these guys! They are a scam! They came in to clean the ducts and vents. Then cleaned the furnace unit from mold and spread it out in the entire house! They brought the big aspirator inside the house, which had holes and dispersed the mold in the room. They charged us $400 for Deep Duct Cleaning One Unit and another $400 for Mold treatment. They completed the work within one hour and left the house covered with dust. It took me several hours to take everything down that could be washed in the washing machine and clean the surfaces from dust. If you care about your health, do NOT hire them at all! read more

I hired this company to clean my HVAC vents and dryer vent. First I never saw pictures or video of vents prior to or after cleaning. The technicians said they found mold in our system so for another 10 minutes and $200 they could clean that as well. Being that I have asthma, I went ahead with the work. The biggest problem was the dryer vent. The tube into the dryer was cut. They tried to use a LOT of duct tape to secure it to the dryer so I wouldn't notice. I called them back to tell them the hose came off the dryer after 1 use, they sent someone out to fix it, however the fix consisted of more tape. I then had to call them again to have them send someone else out to fix it. At first, the owner didn't want to because it was past the 30 days. They did send someone out, who I thought fixed it however we were still having issues with the hose, and the clothes not drying, and the dryer being VERY hot to the touch while being used. I had to call another company for a washing machine repair, and they looked at the hose and offered to fix it. The problem was that the technicians disconnected the hose on the inside of the dryer when they "cleaned" it. So air was being blown directly into the dryer casing and not into the dryer vent. So I had to spend another $200 for someone else to fix it properly. I will NEVER use True Ducts again and caution anyone against using them. I like to support small business, but this one I simply can not support. read more
