We understood that we were working with a small family-owned company that did not operate 24/7, but after many calls over the course of a year, our calls have not been returned. Therefore, we were not able to use our service contract. Considering the great work they did when they did respond, this has been very disappointing.

After the initial quote, it was difficult to get a hold of Steve to move forward, and the onboarding process was never completed. A major pain point was the answering service: every time I called to follow up and couldn't reach him directly, I had to re-explain the project from scratch. After several weeks of limited progress and unreturned calls, we ultimately had to go with another provider. It's unfortunate, as the potential is there, but the lack of communication and operational continuity made it impossible to complete the project.

My HVAC system was busted and we desperately need the work to be completed ASAP. The entire system needed replaced. SRM discussed all of our options, and offered innovative instillation recommendations and very affordable pricing. From start to finish SRM explained each process and what was happening. Honestly, I have never seen someone accomplish so much work in such a short period of time. The Experience of SRM Mechanical was very evident. Also, as someone that is concerned about COVID-19, the owner explained a new system that uses infrared lights that can be installed in my unit to combat the COVID-19. We are thinking about getting SRM to install the system in our house. We have two separate HVAC units in our home and will definitely call SRM mechanical to replace that unit as well. If you are looking for a qualified and competent HVAC company we highly recommend SRM Mechanical.

I researched reviews on all and Eco-Cool was my initial top choice after the research. I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. (I did) he left us set up for success and he told us his goal was to keep us running into springtime at least....we appreciated that! After he departed, I called Amy again to arrange payment for today. She was kind and professional and let us know she would have a quote to us by the end of the week and even provided insight to what pricing is doing now and anticipated to be after the new year so we could be able to make the decisions best for our family.
