Shantel called around 8:30 this evening. She wasn't responding to the curt but polite voicemail I left. She needed model and serial # because her techs forgot it. she then proceeded to argue with me that they added Freon and it freezing over can happen, despite my trying to describe the condensate trap. I offered to send a picture and email the info she needed, she pushed me to "just go out and read it to me". when I refused and said the techs can get that info when they come actually do their job (in a heated voice but not cussing or screaming) she stated I could get a different contractor because she doesn't deserve to be talked to that way, then she hung up on me. ..... what way, by a customer wanting quality work or them to stand by their work? to say I'm hot is, well, literal. it is still 85 in the house and is only going to get worse over the weekend.
