Happened to walk into the first Monday 50% off all women's merch. Wife is very happy.

    55" VizioTV up & running

Palm Springs store manager Kris is the reason for this 5-star review. Here's why. FEB 28 purchased a used 50" Magnavox TV at the Palm Desert store. It did not have a remote and the manager, Doug extended my return time to find a working remote online. After researching the model # I discovered they are not made anymore. Tried a universal one without success. March 2, I stopped by the PSP location and saw a 55' Vizio that would fit my space. I was introduced to Kris and expliained my conundrum. With out hesitation he agrees to take the Magnavox back at PSP, put the purchase price back on my card and load the new Vizio in the van when I picked it up March 4. Have been shopping Revivals stores for 10+ years. First time purchase of an electronic item. I heave furnished my place in early American Thrift store. The quality of donations and new items continues to impress. Store proceeds go to the DAP organization who does amazing things for many Coachella Valley residents.

Revivals is a place to shop where you can feel good - about helping humans in need through AIDS support, and recycling items to keep them out of the landfill while reducing the carbon footprint. The folks that work at this store are super enthusiastic about what they do, endeavoring to make attractive displays and know where to find anything you're looking for if they have it. Good moods abound in this store from the staff to the shoppers. Prices are great as is the merchandise; seems like they get some high end cast-offs from the locals. You can decorate a new place with many posh pieces found here. I recommend checking out this fabulous thrift store whether you're a local or a tourist!

Definitely the place to find housewares and furniture. I found 3 vintage Italian dining chairs for $45 that are listed on sale online for almost $1000. I'm a pretty savvy thrift shopper when it comes to clothes and have not found anything worthwhile (but I come from LA so perhaps different level).

Revivals, across the Coachella Valley, raised over $3,000,000 to pay for staff, space and health care expenses for those less fortunate than my wife and I. Most of the staff are volunteers Passing through the area we'll do our Thrift Crawl across the valley. This trip was abbreviated because we simply wanted to get home. We stopped here. We found a wide selection of items. We took a few home. I found a shadowbox.picture frame for showing off a few "Western Horseman" items. We found an old typing stand in excellent shape. We'll use it for laptop and later, IBM. Selectric storage. Like thrifting? Like assisting? Stop in.

Are they still sticking the price tags DIRECTLY ON the delicate art work, and gold-leaf frames? Lots of high-end donations are being badly damaged!

YES! I have asked them repeatedly not to do this...

They never answer the phones, they don't offer help legally or otherwise. Sure they can find you a shelter but that's it. How does that help again? Where's the advocates to be there for support? Where is the advocates helping you file restraining orders? Helping you get out and on your feet? I haven't found them, legal aid does NOT go with you to court anymore ... they will only help you file paperwork for a divorce, but it has to be simple, the 15 min speak with a lawyer is absolutely nothing, they say if you pay 35$ you can get a lawyer, wrong! You pay to get a referral to a lawyer, and no, that lawyer is not free. With all the donations this shelter gets, you would think they would have better resources to help the victims, and survivors of domestic violence abuse. So hey, just keep building those pretty buildings... This is my opinion, my personal experience with this company, that I wanted to share with you. Stay safe out there, always remember you are beautiful, you are smart, and you are loved!

With his drinking and drugs he injured himself, he called the police to get help and the police thought I injured him. (I could not I was locked in a room) I was arrested on domestic violence charges. Once at the jail I was molested by the jail guards and the other guards stood and watched. Now I am a victim again. By the way the district attorney dismissed the charges as I did nothing to injure the monster of a husband. Now I am homeless and have nothing so I called Shelter from the Storm and they refused to assist me because they think I am a violent person due to my arrest record. I called other shelters and was told the same, due to my arrest record I can not get help. The charges were dropped. I was violated in jail and was a victim twice and this agency get funds but turns away the ones the need help the most. Shame on you!! As a woman somehow I will make it back from this nightmare; but as for funding this agency I would never recommend it.....................

The price to spend (AN UNLIMITED) time with the cats is $13, which is a GREAT deal compared to the other cat cafes I've been to in LA or San Diego! The cats are well cared for, and the workers are very attentive, making sure to keep an eye on both you and the kitties during your visit. You are allowed to pick up the cats and snuggle as long as you are being mindful of the cats' comfort and body language- another difference between this cat cafe and the others I've visited. This place is also a nonprofit so anything you purchase goes towards caring for the cats, and all of the little knickknacks they have for sale are pretty cute and reasonably priced too! Please give this place a visit and support the kitties! A good amount of them love the attention and are well-socialized!

I took care of the roof over my head but disregarded all that natural beauty that extended beyond property lines. This is where I also learned about Friends Of The Desert Mountains. Friends Of The Desert Mountains is a nonprofit organization that focuses on the conservation of land resources in the Coachella Valley. Some of their programs are trail stewardship, invasive weed control, interpretive hikes, trash cleanup and youth education.
