ReTotes is amazing and Rita was such a pleasure to work with. I cannot believe how smooth these bins made my move (my movers even commented on how grateful they were for the bins). I've moved several times in my adult life and this by far was the best one. The bins are large and deep and Rita provided plenty for my 1bedroom move and provided additional supplies, including labels and zip ties. This company is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the value, service, communication and the product itself. I ordered 30 boxes for my move in late June. Rita was prompt in confirming and delivered the boxes to my condo! She also left helpful packs of paper tags that slot in conveniently into the plastic packing boxes. She also left zip tags but I hardly used them because the boxes closed so easily with their excellent design and stayed that way through the move. Where do I even start? I don't have enough wonderful words in my vocabulary for Rita and her ReTotes service. The first thing I will tell you is I. HATE. MOVING. The thought of it makes me sick to my stomach even though I know it's good on the other side. I used retotes in late December-early January and had a wonderful experience. Rita is amazing. It's very clear that shes extremely hardworking, detail oriented, and takes pride in her work. I had a specific timeframe where I was able to receive the totes, and she was super accommodating to my request. She sent an eta text about an hour before arrival, and again 10 minutes before. She had great communication, gave some moving tips, and answered all my questions. I also texted Rita a couple days before my scheduled pick up to ask about extending my rental time, and she was super responsive. I ended up not needing to extend and she was great about it. Ok clearly I loved Rita but even besides that, these totes were so helpful with moving. They're sturdy and easy to stack, and it drizzled a bit so I was so glad I got these ones instead of cardboard. The totes are obviously a bit heavier but it didn't really matter since my movers would just stack 3 of them on a hand truck and wheel them out. Which actually made me glad I got these because some of my fragile items wouldn't have lived through all that stacking if they were in cardboard lol. Also having a return date encouraged me to unpack faster. In my previous move I still had unpacked boxes 6 months later, but this helped me unpack everything in 10ish days instead of procrastinating.
