I have Maribel on speed dial! I can't sing her praises highly enough! In my most recent move from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment, I was really struggling to organize my life into the smaller space. My counters were covered with stuff I couldn't find a place for, and my closet was overflowing with clothing I couldn't pack into the downsized space. After only a few hours, I was left with an organized apartment: free counter space, a beautifully organized closet (and kitchen, and bathroom, and living room as a bonus), recommendations for additional organization equipment, and clear labels to help me finish sorting things that we had discussed would be moved into new furniture that had not yet been delivered. Maribel also helped me identify junk that I no longer really wanted to hang on to, and even took care of getting rid of it for me. I bought a deal through Amazon deals. It took Maribel about 5 days to call me back from my initial voice mail. Her first available day was almost a month later. Maribel called day before to confirm the time 9-10 am. She finally called at 11:07 and said she was running late without an apology or explanation what so ever. She said it would take her another hour to get to me. I went ahead and cancelled since she was 2-3 hours late and was not customer service oriented. Bad business practices. Good things to those who wait. Maribel and her crew are busy. There's usually a 2-3 week wait for first appointment, but it's worth it. I've now had Maribel at my place for 4 visits and it's transformed my home office, my kitchen and my living room. I recommend 4 hour blocks - as we did one 2 hour appointment and we didn't get as much done. I think 3-4 more appointments and my place will be about 200 percent better than it used to be. Couldn't be happier with the results! Maribel is as sweet, wonderful and talented as the other reviews state. I purchased 6 hours (split into two sessions of 3 hrs.) with her -- ok, so I had a lot of rooms that needed help. She was very thoughtful about helping me figure out what to tackle first, etc. In the end, we tackled more than I had ever thought we'd get through. I slowed down a few times during the process, but Maribel never did. She was also very respectful of my boundaries. If I said something needed to stay or wasn't to be touched (hubby's things), she didn't press it. However, she did nicely 'push' me to make progress which I appreciate. Maribel was non-judgmental and completely trustworthy which makes her perfect for what she does. To be fair, she was late both times (once due to a flat tire), but she is worth the wait (I used the wait time to get things done so it was fine). And, she took away a BUNCH of stuff for me which totally made up for it as well. I definitely plan to hire her again to continue with other rooms and would recommend her if you're even thinking about getting help organizing your home. read more

Most importantly, she make the process with the Container Store seamless and helped with ordering and coordinating the delivery. She and her team did a great job with the installation as well. Maribel is wonderfully energetic and efficient. I got a Living Social deal and met with her on a Friday and got my can't-see-my-carpet den cleaned up in less than 2.5 hours, with lots of boxes ready to go to storage in preparation for our move. Obviously I could have cleaned on my own, had I had more energy and motivation, but after a year's pile up of stuff after having my first child, I realize now why people go to gym classes and need other more motivated people to get them moving! I wanted to say a big thank you to Maribel. She was the only one who return my inquiry for organization quote. I hired her to help me organize my whole house. I bought 24 sessions with her and i could say thats its worth it!!! First session was back in March 2015 to help me organize my house for my sons bday party. she help me to focus and not get overwhelmed. She did the work and just let me relax. Maribel and Operation Organize Me Simplify Me was referred to me by a very satisfied client and when I saw what she did to his place I was amazed.
