I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

My neighbor had used Roma to do similar work at two different locations several years ago and highly recommended them. I scheduled the job a couple of months ahead and when I had to push it back due to another ongoing project, Max was most accommodating. Understandably there were some delays in responding since it's a small firm and everyone works on the jobs. However, I always received a reply and communications were more than adequate. It's obvious these guys know their business and work very effectively and efficiently as a a team and were just nice people to do business with. We spent several months researching and getting quotes from numerous floor companies. We just…read moreweren't happy with the products others had, or the fact that they all wanted to rush the install. Nor would these other companies remove and replace baseboards. So we finally stumble across Amazing Floors. From my first phone call with Frank, to my quote experience with Daniel (owner). They treated us very well. I did not have to negotiate for an hour for a better price. Daniel gave me the best price out the gate. This price also included removing old flooring and baseboards, and installing new flooring and new Baseboards. The price even included repairing or replacing any damaged subfloor areas. Within reason of course. I did have 3 small sections of subfloor that need to be replaced. So just want to point out. All these big box companies I received quotes from would only do half the work for double the cost. Selecting then product, Frank was super patient with us when we went to the show room. We finally narrowed down to two options. He let us take large samples home so we could set it in different areas throughout the house to see which one we liked best. Once we made our decision, the rest was pretty seamless. They scheduled our install date, we had to change it a couple of times and they totally worked with us and were understanding about it. Install day arrives. The wife and I moved most of the furniture to the garage. I wanted the team focused on doing my floors, not moving my furniture around lol. The tore everything out on day one. Prepped and cleaned the subfloor and started laying the LVP flooring we selected. Should note, they also fixed any floor squeaking areas too. So they installed about 3/4 of the house on day 1. Then day 2 finished the flooring and installed the new baseboards. ( please note - a few weeks before my install date. The company dropped off my baseboards per my request. So I could paint them before hand.) so glad we did this, it made life so much easier. All I had to do is cover the nail holes and touch up. The Amazing floor team was very professional and courtesy at every level. We are so happy with our floor install. We will for sure use them on the future. I highly recommend using this company for your flooring needs.

Every interaction we had with the company was positive. From the salesman, to the office staff, to the installers every interaction was positive. After contracting with them, I had several phone conversations with them about color changes that my wife wanted, and they were always willing to accommodate us, and make the requested changes. There was a slight misunderstanding about the bathroom window on the day they showed up to begin the job but a phone call to the office quickly resolved the issue, and things progressed as planned. The workers were polite, and they treated our property with care & respect. Once the job was complete, they walked the perimeter of our house and garage with magnets to pick up loose pieces of metal, and any other debris that was laying around. Overall, their cleanup was on point. We've received a number of compliments from our neighbors on the work that was completed, and one of our neighbors contracted with Modern Xterior/The Modern Pros as a result of the work they did on our house. The installation process was long, disorganized, and full of unnecessary delays. The person who came out to measure forgot to template the riser for our basement bar, which immediately stalled the project. Later, (after one rescheduled install due to staffing issues), an installation crew refused to enter the house after being instructed to use the basement entrance in the back. They left without completing any work. That decision alone pushed our remodel back another two weeks and disrupted the schedules of our other contractors. When installers finally returned, it was around 5:00 p.m. just before the Fourth of July weekend. Instead of simply completing the job, they immediately started making excuses about why they couldn't install the riser and suggested another reschedule. Fortunately, my painter was there and called them out, making it clear there was no reason the work couldn't be completed. They ended up installing it, allowing the rest of the project to finally move forward. If you're coordinating a remodel with multiple contractors and working on a timeline, I would not recommend Hard Rock Stone Works. The lack of communication, poor project management, and repeated delays turned what should have been a straightforward installation into a frustrating experience.
