I've been trying to get a window order put together with these guys for quite some time. The…read moreoriginal process of getting it put together was fast and fairly painless. But they didn't put the right color on the order, so I asked them to change it and ended up never hearing back after e-mailing and calling multiple times. I tried calling on a Saturday, was told that they were too busy to talk to me and that they don't look at window orders on a Saturday. Okay, so why are you taking phone calls? Anyway, I'll post an update if I hear back from them, but, loath though I am to order from one of the megastores, I may have to with this project. I think they don't want to deal with my small project because they are used to customers with commercial accounts who frequently spend thousands of dollars at a time.
