It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

Had our kitchen done 25 years before and it took months to be completed (a true nightmare). Joe Allen was so patient with us because we had no idea what we wanted plus he designed a perfect change that we needed. Every morning he showed up to check on the job and even helped with moving out all our old appliances. I enjoyed working with his son who also help in picking out backsplash and colors. We were so pleased with them that I would call them again and highly recommend them. Whats nice you can tell they love what they are doing and their work shows it. Another quick note CKD was so fast at coming to give us a quote and very reasonable. Eileen S.

We believe that in order to keep their costs down, they tried to install cabinets and countertops in our home that were NOT the size and color we ordered--possibly belonging to another customer. We even told them in advance which brand and size appliances we would buy. We asked for a "built-in" look to accommodate our 30" wide fridge and stove. The cabinet over the fridge is way too wide for our 30" wide fridge. Worse, they tried to blame us for the mix-up. We did NOT do our own measuring, NOR did we order our own cabinets. We had to cease installment until new materials

It was supposed to be delivered the next day. The delivery never happened. I called the store repeatedly over the next two weeks. Each time, the employee told me the owner was "taking care of it" and that the refund was coming. But weeks later, nothing. I even tracked down the owner's other business and called there to try and resolve it -- still nothing. The bottom line: Kelly Appliance charged me for an oven they never delivered and has refused to refund me. I would strongly caution anyone considering shopping here. If they resolve this, I'm happy to update my review -- but as of now, they've kept my money and given me nothing in return.
