The associates are friendly but sometimes there is a wait to find available assistants. If you find one who is busy they will call on their walkie talkie for another associate to help. The store itself is a standard Ace that is nothing out of the ordinary from other Ace stores I've been to. I find the Ace app to be helpful because it lists my purchase history, points, and coupons.

They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. She informed me that there were 2 depths, standard and counter. She apologized for not informing me that there were 2 options when I made my purchase. I decided to return the standard depth and replace it with a counter depth refrigerator. I was informed by Alicia that her manager Matt would not agree to sell me the counter depth size at the Black Friday sale price. She told me that he would only give me $50 off for the regular price. I told Alicia that I would take my business to Lowe's. And I did. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOME DEPOT!
