Came here on the advice of one of my clients for localized cryo treatment. I had fractured my ankle 5 weeks prior and was just transitioning out of the boot and into a brace. My 1st day in the brace, my ankle swole up pretty big and I had a little bit of uncomfortability and tightness in it. I was going to go home and ice it, but thought this would be a better option. I've done full body cryo in other places but never the local. The treatment was a Godsend!! I feel it was exactly what my ankle needed. I plan on continuing treatments throughout my rehabilitation process. Also the staff was very friendly and attentive. I don't remember the name of the girl who actually did my treatment, but she was nice and when the treatment started to get cold she noticed I was uncomfortable before I actually said anything and ASKED if I was ok. HORRIBLE customer service from Bryce today. I signed up to become a member in Austin Tx back on 11/17 and was told I could go to the Houston location as well or any location honors my membership. I came in today and a guy with a baseball cap sitting at the front mumbles "can I help you". I explained to him I was just there a week ago and had another treatment to use since I moved. He right away talks over me and says I can no longer be seen if I didn't sign up in Houston and that things had changed since I signed up. So that made no sense. I asked are you sure or do you think this is your policy now? He said no you can't be seen. He barely makes an effort to even look up to speak to me. As if he didn't care or I was invisible. A tech from the back steps in and tries to resolve the issue and she asked what treatment do you receive and I said the drip therapy. They both then said oh yes you can be seen for that but we don't administer those after 4pm. Well I had aregued with Bryce for 10 min and this whole time he was wrong. He was unapologetic and didn't even want to acknowledge he made a mistake. So made him apologize and I will cancel my membership. I also have asked for the manager to call me because instead of Bryce accepting he was wrong he started to say that I never told him what I came in for so it was my fault. However I reminded him that I was just here a week ago and got a treatment. Not sure what's wrong with this guy but he is costing your facility money because I'm out and I hope others do to. There are many other options where racist aren't employed - se ms like the see owner of this facility is a douchbag racist after getting off the phone with him. read more

Went to restore on 1-11 to try the compressions and cryo. They put compression pants on me and put it on the highest setting, it wasn't to extreme. It's suppose to reduce inflammation and help with circulation, I felt good after. The cryo was cold but went by pretty quick. Was in the sauna for 45 mins and sweated a lot. Then I did the cleanse IV with Ruby, she made me comfortable the iv didn't hurt at all when she put it in. All of the staff is extremely nice and informative.
