I had the day off, but my other half used a vacation day, and we drove an hour and a half to Houston just to sit outside a locked facility. There was no sign on the door or anything stating the changes, and their website, at the time of writing this review, doesn't show the changes or mention closing, either. We left 2 voicemails and finally got on the website on our phone to use the Contact Us form (I put my phone # in the message since my computer was at home and I don't get email on my phone). They answered me via e-mail, which I did not see until we got home, but no one ever bothered to call us. The end result was a refund of what went on my credit card, but nothing else. What an awesome experience! I really didn't know what to expect from my visit, but I was seeking…read morepain relief. ‍ I saw an ad on Facebook and booked an appointment. I'm so glad I did! It is about 30-35 min from my house, but coming midday wasn't bad. The parking however in Vintage Park is challenging, especially for accessible parking. I did finally find a spot across from Huemn. I was promptly greeted by Johnnie. He was patient and explained the numerous options available, and provided great recommendations that would be appropriate for me. I was able to experience a 30 min PEMF session (like a tens unit on steroids via a magnetic pulse). Let me tell you! The tension and pain in my neck and left hip were gone!!! I even went to sleep! I left my appointment without pain and with more energy. I'm very happy with the results. Huemn offers services through a membership with a 3 month commitment, also by non-membership packages, and also by single services pricing. Of course membership pricing is the best.
