So it's time I add my review started coming here late 2019 for whole body cryogenic therapy which I like very much but now I have moved on. I get a facial done weekly and every two weeks they are focusing on my stomach with something called Cryoskin in order to remove that from a specific area rather than the whole body Seems to be working as now I need to wear a belt with several pairs of my pants that I did not previously. Had a coupon to try out the ice therapy and come to find out the cancer it might not be a great idea ! The owner was super nice and showed me around the facility. He even offered for me to try out his leg compression that helps with sore muscles. I have to say after doing squats every day my legs was in pain but felt so much better after I left. read more

This is the best place I've discovered and has made what seemed impossible, possible again! Spot treatment was instant magic, and full body also has an immense endorphin rush, they play any song of your choice too! I get immediate relief from carpal tunnel, arthritis, joint pain, and tendinitis, so not only can I keep lifting weights with 100% but afterward each day I am able to dance, practice lyra, pole, fire performing, archery, and anything! I no longer have to pick and choose, feel 20 again, getting my life back, sleeping better, and noticing the extra caloric burn too! Interesting concept. I did the full body cryotherapy and a cryofacial. I enjoyed the experience though I'm not sure how much benefit it really provides. Freezing is fun (really)! I will try anything once, but Cryotexas has me hooked! The biggest difference I've noticed personally is a faster recovery from muscle soreness after workouts. The energy/endorphins after Cryotherapy are definitely no joke, and at 3 minutes a session anyone could fit this into their schedule. As a hairstylist I'm on my feet long hours and they also offer Normatech therapy that feels like heaven on tired legs at the end of the day. WOW is the word that comes to mind after visiting this place. I started this review the day I left and got busy so I never finished. BUT I am SO determined to complete this so I'm back Bc this place is AMAZING! The owners are so knowledgeable, so kind and they truly care about the client experience. This is my 2nd place I've visited for Cryotherapy and let me just say sometimes you don't know when something is bad till something GREAT comes along and sweeps you off your feet. I'm sure we've all had that experience from mediocre customer service compared to incredible service. You just know there's a difference when you see it and experience it for yourself. I brought my wife in for back pain and ended up receiving treatment myself for aching neck pain. I was skeptical at first but this stuff works! These ppl work miracles and they do it w/ a smile and hospitable spirit. The inside is clean, the aesthetic is modern. They generously offer free filtered water and have other accommodations as well from what I saw. If your in the area I recommend Cryo Texas. If your not in the area and your interested I say check it out anyway. They have a pretty inexpensive first time visitor package for $20. Some of us spend more than that on food! I have very sore leg muscles and Robert suggested I try having compressed air run over my legs for 30 minutes to increase blood flow. Great place for cryotherapy in the West Houston and Energy Corridor area! I have done cryotherapy before and was happy to find out that they opened down the street from my Krav Maga school. I need cryotherapy as well as the Normatec for my recovery. I train In Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kung Fu and CrossFit. My body really needs it! prior to finding cryotexas, i went to 7 different cyrotherapy facilities on groupon throughout Houston. I was about to give up when i found a flyer at Memorial Athletic Club. It has been a blessing! i have chronic pain from fibromylgia. i also have been postponing a total knee surgery for 2 years. i experienced lightheadedness with the 7 different facilities. the exhaust system at CryoTexas circulates from the bottom pulling the nitrogen down the floor vesus around your face and head. i am currently doing 3 to 5 whole body sessions per week. Robert and Elisa are truly experienced and knowledgeable regarding cyrotherapy. the client safety is their first priority. i sleep like a baby, losing weight and have decreased my pain from a 10 to a 1-2 , 10 being the worst. the monthly package makes this very cost effective. i am saving a great deal of money decreasing body massage and chiropractors. the body massage and chiropractors would increase the pain. i have no side effects. My pain is drastically reduced and i am losing 2 to 3 lbs per week with cyrotherapy and 1500 calorie diet. the cleaniless is comparable to MD Anderson.
