The lady that removed the iv was very rough and pointed the need down while inside of my arm and then proceeded to pull it out. Left me a huge bruise which is still healing. I didn't feel any different/ better/ energy/ etc. Paying $190 I would expect to feel a difference. The place I usually go to is $150 and I feel the difference but they were closed. This is not what I expected from a professional establishment knowing how many business people come in here. I have been coming here for some time about 10 years. I have had problems with not being charged accurately by the front desk staff in the past and recently. I have been charged twice... not correctly. The current person at the front desk is not handling my account well. I am so disappointed in my last 2 visits both times charged not correctly and when I said something the person did not answer me...I suspect she does not know...not sure...troubling so beware of this issue. I have also used health care spending account monies that were lost because the front desk did not handle the transaction properly one year ago. I explained today that I had been charged incorrectly. I think someone else may be charging me after I leave without telling me. So who wants to ruin a healthy experience with the negative experience of being overcharged. I now have to go back to the spa after not being advised about the charges when I was at the spa. There is a manager that usually helps but I did notice her card is not at the front desk...so will have to make a special trip to handle the problem. read more

I'd never been a drip spa before so I didn't really know what to expect, but it was such a great experience I'm now super sad that there aren't any where I live. I walked in (without an appointment), told the friendly and knowledgeable receptionist what I was after, and she got me started straight away. A brief moment of paperwork and I was seated in the back, ready to start my drip! Christie did a great job on inserting the IV. I'm not afraid of needles, but if I was she would have been perfect. I was so dehydrated I was shocked she found a good vein on the very first try. After that, it was just more smooth sailing! I kicked back with my feet up underneath the complimentary blanket they offered me and enjoyed the quiet time. I don't remember how long it look exactly, but I was a little bummed when they said I was all done, haha. The Myer protocol with a glutathione chaser makes me feel like a million bucks. Carley, the Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and the nurse who does the drip (I apologize but I don't know her name) is amazing. Does it hurt? For a second, but she is a real pro. No bruising, no missed veins, no second tries, and she offers lidocaine for those who need it ( I never take it because it hurts like a 4 on a scale of 10 and it lasts for 3 seconds, so big deal...). I went to this location and absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice, their IVs are affordable, and it was a comfortable atmosphere. However, I did a mobile therapy session due to COVID19. During the whole booking process and even in the in home process, there was no mention of the extra $75 dollar fee. Also, the nurse wasn't very hygenic-she wore gloves yet was touching her hair, phone, etc, and it made me uncomfortable. She didn't take my temperature, which they told me they always did to ensure safety. I'm immunocompromised and I was very worried about contracting the virus. When I went to pay, I agreed to pay the fee for the IV and the tip (which I didn't really want to give because of the hygiene issue), which verbally over the phone was expressed to be $160. I was charged $240 and now they are "looking into it"...definitely not returning. read more

As a Crohns & Jpouch Survivor experiencing absorbtion issues... This place is the real deal! Great staff and clean place. I first stumbled (literally) onto this gem for the party drip aka hangover cure. I had a hangover like no other and was in search of something to help me with the torture. This place was one of the few IV drip spots around the Houston area that is open on Sundays, so I made my way here and signed up for a membership to take advantage of the premium drip price. There is no annual commitment on the contracts, so I figured worse case scenario is I would be out some money if the IV drip didn't work. Long story short...it did help! I have tried the Party Drip, Myers Drip, and Detox drip. My wife gets the Beauty Drip, Slim Drip, and Myers Drip. On occassion, I also get a booster with my monthly drip that is included with my membership. Party Drip - There really is no "cure" for a hangover (yet!), but I feel like this drip came close. I went in feeling at about 20% and after the drip I felt at about 90% in the matter of an hour. I was feeling nauseous and had a bad headache, but after 20 minutes my nausea was gone and my headache was practically gone at around 40 minutes. I even left the place and drank a jumbo margarita after. #yolo Myers Drip - This is the original vitamin cocktail that started the whole IV therapy treatment I believe. So far, I have had this one 3 times and I must say, that I do not feel a huge difference other than feeling sleepy later in the day. Not sure if this is from the drip or it could just be that I was sleepy. I will say that the week I get the Myers drip I do feel less stressed. Detox Drip - I tried this drip after a weekend of binge drinking. Again, did not notice much of a difference after receiving it, but I have to imagine this particular drip has more of an internal effect than external. My liver puts up with my crazy self, so it's only right that I try and take care of it with a drip focused on it. Overall, I do feel some difference in getting the IV drips. The Party Drip appears to be the only drip where you feel a fairly obvious difference compared to the others. Is it worth the money? Well, that depends on a number of factors. For me, the Party Drip is a good go to if I am hungover and cannot afford to rest or sleep it off. If recovery time is not a big deal, then no need to get it. I would say that this drip should be saved for those really, really crazy nights where adult beverage consumption is pushed to its limit. This drip will easily boost your wellness about 50% to 60%. As for the actual "getting pricked" with a needle experience, it is not bad at all. Some of the staff numbs the area where the needle will go and others went straight for it without numbing. Either experience has not been bad for me at all. My wife who is not a fan of needles also gets drips and has commented on how gentle and painless they are. Bonus: There is free water, snacks like protein bars and some flavored sparkling water offered if you are going for a drip or anything else. They also have a light blanket available on each chair. read more

I got the Party aka Hangover Drip here on Sunday morning after a terribly wild night out. It really helped. I stopped feeling so nauseated and was able to go home to sleep. Yes, it was expensive, but I now look back on it as part of the once-in-a-blue-moon extreme party experience. I had to choose between going to the Drip Spa and an Urgent Care; with my high-deductible insurance plan the decision was a no-brainer. The nurse told me exactly what was in the party drip and it is pretty much what I would have gotten at the urgent care (I know from previous experience, ha ha). Bring a heavy jacket because the cold IV fluids will make you feel like you're in the arctic. There are several other IV 'spas' around town but this one was the most convenient for my location and open early on Sunday morning. I visited the drip spa about a month ago. I had seen an ad in the Houston magazine and thought it sounded exactly what I needed. Then, in a random stroke of luck, I ran into Erin, the salons marketing manager the next day at a totally different location. She was wearing a hat with the salon name and logo and it caught my eye so I stopped to chat with her. I ended up going in later in the day to partake of their services. Upon arrival I was cheerfully greeted by the nutritionist and the receptionist. We discussed, in detail, their menu of options, and advised me, based on my input, what drip would benefit me the most. I then was escorted back to the drip room where there were comfy chairs and ottomans lined up four on each side of the room with privacy curtains however the curtains were open and we all were just kinda hanging and dripping and doing our own thing as the kindly nurse attended to us. She was very diligent in making sure the drips were active and she was very upbeat and professional. I would like to drip like twice a month and I am considering a membership. Thank you. read more
