Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.

I let the injector know of my complaints from the last person that did my EZ gel and basically the same thing happened here. I have super overfilled cheeks and the under eye hollows are 100 times more apparent. She filled the top parts of the cheeks and not the under eye and it just looks so bad. I feel like it has slide down and my eye skin looks stretched, so the mid cheek almost looks huge. I also have lumpy parts in some parts of my mid cheeks which is something I have not experienced before as this was my 2nd session, had the 1st one else where and I've never had filler so this is kind of concerning. I also wanted part of my neck injected and the part that I wanted was not, she did under the chin area and it just looks even more wrinkly than before. I also have a big bruise and lump in a part of my neck that shouldn't couldn't get the needle though and it is kind of painful. The lady was all around nice and so that is why I am not given them 1 star, but this stuff is costly and requires a lot of downtime and I truly regret it. Now I have to spend more time and money looking for someone else to truly correct the hollowness. I never had large cheeks and it's not a look everyone is looking for, because my smile line filing also caused the lower part of the cheek to be overfilled. I am going to have to do another microneedling session to help with the overfilled cheeks and hope it helps with the lumps because they are hard. My advice is that, if you are truly not there to hear people and their concerns don't let them sit in your chair. I look droopy, and my face just feels lumpy. I have had 2 PRF sessions and this was my second EZ gel session and likely won't do another one anywhere. I feel like PRF is all you really need and I think that is what I'll seek in addition to micro needling to help reverse this hollowness that is now worse.
