I joined the "club" and I now drip bi-weekly, which is basically a Buy 1 Get 1. I custom blend my drip. C, B-12, Zinc and Magnesium. The Magnesium will make some people sleepy. So plan accordingly. Today I tried the infrared sauna for the first time and was wowed by how pristine, spacious, tranquil and private the space was! I booked a 60 min session. Your private infrared sauna booth is within a private room itself, and because of the design, the booth is not claustrophobic at all! There's Bluetooth so you could listen to your own music/podcast and the temperature/timer settings are clear and easy to adjust. Towels and a floor mat are provided and a cold washcloth wrapped around a big ice cube is thoughtfully prepared for you on the bench in the room for your face. The room was small. This may be intentional for a more intimate experience. I brought an empty water bottle with me to fill up before class. But found out they do not have a water station. Then the staff member said they do have bottled water available. I declined because I assumed she meant purchasing bottled water. But after she said bottled water was complimentary when you sign up for a class. I wish she would have just led with that, if that's the case.

But because I was on an old membership system (that they haven't transitioned over and reconciled with their new system) then they informed me even if they could add my membership to the new system that if you have membership you CANNOT use the app rewards because that would be too much of a discount. They then asked if I wanted to cancel my current membership to be on their new system and I'd have to pay my membership cost again even though I already paid this month. As I don't think it's my job to switch my membership over when they changed systems I told them I'd wait until they could do it themselves. After all this I still decided to get an IV because I've been feeling under the weather. Usually they do the iv insertion in the relaxing iv rooms but today they brought me into a back room. When I told the girl my preferred arm she gasped and said your veins are so tiny. She then requested to use the other arm because she couldn't find the vein in my preferred arm. She then stabbed my arm and missed the vein. She tried to wiggle the needle around in my arm (it feels as awful as it sounds) and then said oh nope this one won't take. I then politely told her I was done and wanted to leave. She didn't nor see me experience or capable of finding my veins ... which was not reassuring. I do have small veins but I've never had an issue like this before. On top of feeling sick I wasted time figuring out their new system only for them to be unable and unqualified to give me an IV. I would not recommend going here and plan to cancel my membership. The last thing you need when you are sick is a sore arm from a failed IV

I visited this clinic after being involved in a same-day vehicle accident. The airbag deployed and…read morecaused significant burns and abrasions to my wrist. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.
