After spending over $4,000 without any noticeable benefit, I switched to a new provider. Remarkably, within just one month, my testosterone levels were optimized using a lower dosage than whatnew you had prescribed. When I called new you to politely discuss my experience and request a partial refund, I was assured a call back that never came. Upon following up, I was met with rudeness, misinformation, and ultimately, I was hung up on. I strongly advise anyone seeking testosterone therapy to avoid new you.
