My oldest son (an avid basketball player) was having back pains and some body aches. I came across Dr. Anderson on Google, and I cannot tell you how much of a difference he made on my son and I in just ONE visit. We originally had our appointment in the afternoon, but my father passed away the day before (SCREW YOU COVID!) - We had prayer on the same appointment day, so I called in to see if we could get seen sooner. Without hesitation, the receptionist asked me to come in the morning. As soon as we arrived, Dr. Anderson was already anticipating our arrival and immediately had us seen before we even sat down. Dr. Anderson was just so kind, friendly, and so engaging. Although he had to fit us in his tight schedule, he took his time and was so compassionate. He evaluated my son and listened to our concerns calmly without rushing through. He had a smile on his face and explained what the issue was along with providing solutions on how to treat and prevent the pain. He provided us additional resources, and demonstrated different stretching exercises for my son. Dr. Anderson had us taken care of so quickly, provided amazing bedside manner, addressed our concerns spot on - and it really made a difference in our day as we struggled with our grief. My son's back and body aches are now gone - due to Dr. Anderson's helpful diagnosis and treatment plan - and we are just so, so grateful for him. We definitely know who to come back to - Thank you Dr. Anderson! The only downside is I wish he was a primary family doctor too because he is that awesome!

A friendly, but very efficient Rachel gave him forms to fill out & checked him in. She explained that the law says they may not take insurance info until the doctor sees him. No wait at all & after weighing him, he was given a bed. RN Bob recorded his symptoms & meds, Harry painlessly & promptly took blood, blood pressure, etc. & swabbed his nose. Travis took 2 x-rays. They gave him an IV against dehydration (bc he had vomited w diarrhea) and intelligent Dr. Chang came in to extensively advise us what the tests revealed & write 3 prescriptions. Was grateful they found no need for antibiotics bc it was a virus. Not pneumonia again. Not flu. We were there 1-1/2 hrs total. Felt better it wasn't as serious as we feared. Also, I was treated there a year ago w high fever, they ran tests & immediately sent me by ambulance to MH West Hospital, saving my life. Far better than the nearby urgent clinic we had both frequented in the past. For true illnesses other than a cold or earache, MH Emerg Clinic is outstanding.
