The Nurses take forever to come and assist the patients in the rooms when the Red Alert Button has been pushed. The patients with dementia are not able to advocate for themselves unfortunately. Therefore, the patients do not get taken to use the restroom often, so they wet themselves. The wheelchair bound patients end up getting sores on their behinds because they are not moved often/ ignored. Many elderly patients fall down while staying here due to poor negligence. Case Managers do not respond back to phone calls in a timely fashion. You have to keep calling and hunting them down. Medications are not given properly to patients. Encompass will try to push patients out of their facility promptly even if patients are not capable (still have 10/10 pain, cannot walk/ move at all or without assistance, etc). Our family has been very dissatisfied and disgusted with the lack of care and service from this facility.

Dr. Shiha has been amazing for my family. We have been seeing him for probably 7 years. (this…read morereview is a long time coming, oops) He is more than a chiropractor he is also a great therapist. He is a great listener and really treats the whole person. He also takes the time to refer you to other avenues of treatment if needed. We see him pretty much once or twice a month for either maintenance or for a new pain one of us is feeling. Every one of us has a very unique treatment depending on the issue. I recently got into a non emergency accident and I called the office for advice and to schedule something, Vivian is great! He called me a little later same day to discuss the accident and suggested next steps. We are very grateful for Dr. Shiha's practice, his attention to detail and superior care.

I wish every doctor was like Dr. Shiha…read more He has a holistic view of treatment and takes the time to really understand his patients' needs, but in addition, everything he does is backed by science and is results-oriented. Every time I've gone in to see him, I've learned something new about the way my body works. He is one of the few chiropractors in the area that utilizes the NUCCA procedure. When I first heard about this method I was skeptical, but after experiencing it's benefits first-hand, I can attest to how beneficial and downright miraculous it has been for me and my mom's neck issues. Icing on the cake is that he and his wife, Mary, always greet us (and every patient) by name, have gotten to know my kids, and make us feel like they genuinely have our best interest at heart. So thankful that I have found this gem. *Updating with pics from my progress appointment* These are my before and after X-rays since treatment began. Notice that in the before picture (on the left), I had almost no curvature in my neck. Now, my body has learned to maintain a nice, normal curve. In the next x-ray, you will notice that when I first went in, my head was actually positioned a little crooked. Now, it is much straighter, all the way down into the spine. The coolest part of these X-rays is that when I had the new ones done, I had not had a treatment on my neck in at least 3 weeks, which means that my body has been re-trained to maintain this healthy new position. I am blown away with this doctor and the effectiveness of his technique!

We had a wonderful experience meeting with Vicky V. for my elderly mom's physical therapy…read moreevaluation. From the beginning, Vicky was kind, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to listen and showed genuine empathy for my mom and the challenges she is facing. We ultimately decided not to continue with ATI, but that decision had absolutely nothing to do with Vicky or our experience with her. After considering my mom's needs, we felt that aqua therapy would be a better fit for her at this stage. I was very impressed with Vicky's professionalism and, more importantly, the kindness and respect she showed my mom. When you're helping an elderly parent navigate these decisions, having a healthcare professional who treats them with patience and dignity means a great deal. I would absolutely recommend Vicky to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate physical therapist.
