My daughter was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and it was a very scary and uncertain time for both of us. Karim and Brittney have been a source of strength and calm in a very uncertain time for my daughter. I will always be thankful for the care and compassion they continually show for my daughter. My surgeon thought I had re-injured my back, I was crushed. Apex took the time to review my file, giving me a full physical evaluation. They discovered I didn't injure my back again , rather other muscles were over compensating, causing me a great deal of pain. They built a plan based on my complete needs, not just focusing on my back. This recovery was the hardest and most humbling thing I have ever done. There were days I didn't want to go to Physical therapy. The pain was so bad, I asked myself if it was really helping. My teen daughter was the one who told me, " just show up Mom and do your part." I'm so glad I did. Every day I got stronger and the pain would get less & less. Rubén, worked with me and the Doctors helping me to laugh and reminding me it will get better. His care helped me greatly to recover my mobility. I also enjoyed working with Dominic. Ali at the front desk is friendly and helpful with your insurance coverage. There opening schedule is convenient. Few days a week Andrew welcome his first patients at 7am so you can go straight to work after that. They also have Friday afternoon openings. However, I was a little taken aback by the few interactions I had with one of the lady therapist and her attitude. I really recommend Andrew Harris kind and friendly care!

Both ladies manage to combine a high level of professionalism and knowledge with very pleasant personalities. This has been the only P.T. facility that I've ever looked forward to going to sessions. While Amy and Sarah were my primary contacts here, ALL of the staff are very friendly. There is a lot of banter between staff that always keeps the clients entertained. And the staff at reception are no execption. I think that after my first appointment, I was always greeted by my first name, even before signing in. All of the ladies are almost always smiling. I almost want to reinjure myself just so I can go back again. ;-)

Last February through March, I went sent to PT at Methodist West, because of back pain caused by arthritis. I had 5 appointments lasting for an hour each time. Though I liked my physical therapist very much, my bill of $1,905.00 for five visits was inconceivable. Of course my Insurance would not pay such a price gouge, so it was settled that I could pay out a much smaller portion monthly. My suggestion to anyone would be to ask ahead of time what the charges will be. Actually, I did ask but was simply told that only after all visits, there would be a bill sent. The office is friendly, and my PT was super nice and knowledgeable, but shame on this rehabilitation/ physical therapy office for charging $1905! Ask before you start PT there....chances are you won't be leveled with.
