My appointment was confirmed, and I was really looking forward to my cupping session. I drove 40mins to the location, where I was greeted by the receptionist and Dr. Nancy. I told them both I had an appointment for noon and Dr. Nancy stated that there was one person in front of me, and I'll have to wait an additional 25-30mins. I asked why so long, and she proceeded to cut me off, and gave me an ultimatum to wait or leave. Dr. Nancy's attitude was absolutely horrible and she didn't provide any other reasonable alternatives besides leaving. I recorded the entire conversation, and will be posting online if I do not receive a refund for services I already paid for and did not receive. Dr. Nancy should be more empathetic towards her customers, especially because she doesn't have an appointment system in place. Another gentleman who also had a 12pm appointment, explained that she does this all the time, which is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. All I have to say is Dr.Kang has given me my life back‼ My pain is managed by medication and by injections through a surgical procedure. My condition unfortunately has no cure but at least I'm able to walk again. I highly recommend Dr.Kang with a 10 + star review. Dr.Kang is very caring about my condition. He takes the time and listens to what I have to say and puts it into action!
