For the woodlands office. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. I've read…read moreother reviews they are scared to prescribe anything. I've been going to this pain management clinic for about 8 months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They mixed up my medical record with another patient's, and I've been treated unfairly ever since. Even after passing two urine drug tests and doing everything they asked, I'm still judged and not taken seriously. My spinal disc is completely deteriorated, and I'm scheduled for spinal fusion surgery on January 29th, yet they insist on prescribing only one 5 mg pill a day, which does nothing for my pain. I've told them repeatedly, and nothing is ever adjusted. There have been multiple times where they refused to answer the phone, ignored refill requests, or didn't fill my medication at all. They even started me on a new medication but gave me only ten pills and then left me unsure if they'd ever refill it. I'm honestly scared to take anything they prescribe because I don't know if they will handle it correctly. This clinic has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and frustration during a time when I should be getting proper medical care. I hope they take these issues seriously and make major improvements.

I can't say enough good things about Vanguard Spine & Sport in the Heights and the care I received…read moreduring my rehabilitation. I went in with a sore lower back while also working to regain strength, balance, and confidence after my knee replacement. What they gave me was so much more than physical therapy--they helped me get back on my feet and back to doing the things I love, including playing pickleball. They challenged me with balance exercises and movements I honestly hadn't been able to achieve since my knee replacement. They made me sweat, they pushed me, and somehow they made the whole process fun. Every session challenged me in a different way, and I could actually see and feel the results. Three things stand out to me most: The people. Everyone was encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Dr. Lance and the entire team made me feel like they were in my corner. The accessibility. They were able to work with my Medicare coverage, which made getting the care I needed possible. The results. That's the bottom line. I'm stronger, more confident, better balanced, and back to doing things I love. I keep saying, "I wish there were a place like this in my hometown." That's how much I valued my experience at Vanguard Spine & Sport. If you're looking for a team that will challenge you, encourage you, make you work--and help you get real results--I highly recommend Vanguard Spine & Sport in the Heights!
