Treatments consisted of 4 steroid injections in the lower back, administered over 158 days. Injections did not alleviate pain within 2 days as expected; however, follow-up injections were not administered for 71 to 30 days between injections which led to an extended period of time the patient was in pain. The patient's request to reduce time between shots was rejected because, according to office personnel, time between injections was dictated by the Insurance Provider. Insurance company representatives stated they approve administration of specific injections BUT DO NOT define time between injections. This failure to attend to the patient's medical problem and offering false information to the patient support an UNACCEPTABLE review for the Brazos Paint Management medical business.

Dr. Hall fixed my hip and my back recently and Angelica gives me exercises that I can do at home or at my Yoga studio to keep me from injuring myself again. Dr Hall knows how to find the exact spots to work on and within only 4 sessions I am fixed and pain free! She won't waste your time or your money. She told me that if I am not healed after today's treatment that she would refer me out. BUT when I showed up today for my fourth treatment I told her she fixed me before we even did the fourth one. Dr. Hall also fixed my back. I had bad pain that lasted a very long time on the left side of my back and twisting was terrible. I think I saw her for either 3 or 4 visits for this issue too and I can't even tell that I ever had an issue. Had I gone to a traditional Dr. about these two issues like I used to do I would have left with a prescription and even a couple of times I was given steroid shots that didn't work. Here's the issue: when I arrived in extreme pain, I electronically signed a small print agreement that stated something entirely different from what I had been told. I didn't pay much attention to the fine print--my mistake, I admit--because I trusted the doctor's word. I was assured that the third and fourth visits would be included, but that wasn't the case. Not only did they charge me for the third visit, which I was originally told would be covered, but they also charged me for the partial fourth visit, which I canceled on the spot after being informed of the insurance issue. Overall, the staff was efficient and friendly. Augustine was my nurse all 3 times and her bedside manner was extremely empathetic and kind. She was very patient with me on my first visit as I was a little anxious about anesthesia. Eventhough I didnt get relief from the injections, the service and the facility were a standout.

Getting there was no problem but getting out to the freeway was a giant hassle. Because of the freeway exit closure, I had to drive to Richmond to make a U turn back to Houston. I wish they would post something about the traffic advisory. When I was at the examine room, the technician was so-so friendly. I wonder if she liked working there. After the test was completed, she ignored me and went to her computer working on the report. I was laying there like, what now. My chest was full of lubricant. She didn't even hand me a towel to wipe. I managed to get up and find paper towels to wipe it down. Next time, I'll try a different location.
