She left the bloody needle hanging by the IV fluid thing too and walked off to go answer a phone or something too. Like this is so suspicious and not regulated well. Really disappointed. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the injector showed no care or compassion during the procedure. What shocked me the most is that I was not offered any numbing or comfort options at all. The procedure was extremely painful, and no one made any effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what they were doing. I came in as a paying client and was treated as if I was getting a free service. This is not okay. When you pay this amount of money, you expect respect, professionalism, and basic care.
