Worst experience ever. Came here on my birthday because I wanted to try Iv fluids after my POTS diagnosis. They couldn't find a vein after I got prodded over 4 times with the needle and I waited an hour total while they tried to heat my arms up with hot packs. Half way through all this, she found one vein then took it out after putting it in because it wasn't "perfect". ??? She left the bloody needle hanging by the IV fluid thing too and walked off to go answer a phone or something too. Like this is so suspicious and not regulated well. Really disappointed. They should be able to find veins. I've been really ill and IV's are supposed to help my condition. Won't be coming back... read more

I happened to be in town this weekend to help with some recruitment events for my full time job and after a long day on my feet, I had to stop by The Joint in First Colony to get corrected. Being that there were about charge me extra, despite my membership with them, I decided not to do it and cancel my membership there due to my dissatisfaction. Still in need of some type recovery, I went next door and IM GLAD I DID! I was greeted by a lady and a man who were both educating me on the benefits of Restore Wellness and all the services they have to offer like Infrared Sauna, Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy, and more. After hearing so much about cryotherapy, I decided to try it out after they explained a lot of the benefits(decrease inflammation, increase metabolism, aid in muscle recovery) and cheap price of only like $35 for the first time. There was no wait and immediately went to the cryo room. The lady guided me through the whole process and told me everything I needed to do leading up to the chamber. I was in the FREEZING chamber for about 2 minutes which was just right. The conversation keeps it manageable. Since I checked in on Yelp, I also received a free 15 minutes of Compression Therapy which was great as well. Felt the blood rushing through my legs and even felt my heart beating through my legs. I've seen NFL and NBA players use it a lot so it felt good to feel like on of them. Lol Overall: the experience was great tbh. They have one in Dallas, so I plan on using it more out there as well. I got a Groupon to try a cryotherapy facial. The first time I went, I was literally already on the station when I asked the guy, is it ok if I have suncreen on, and he says no. I mean, why you didn't advise when I make the appointment? The second time I book, the person also did not advise not to put anything on the face. I don't find the staff very receptive with questions, which is not good when cryotherapy is still very new, and people will likely have a lot of questions. The experience was ok, but a little difficult to breathe at times. I also didn't quite like that it was a room with windows that they did the facial in, which people from outside could see. I think privacy would be better. Was it worth the money? I think it would take multiple sessions to see effects, but I won't be trying again. read more

Restore was highly referred to me by a close friend, for the last couple of years. She spoke very well of staff and her treatments. On Friday (4/8), I went to purchase a gift card as a birthday present for my friend. I entered Restore and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes, without ever being acknowledged. I then started to walk towards the back to find a staff member, to assist me. I look to my left and see a woman sitting at a computer while a young man is approaching me at the same time. I asked him, "Do you work here? I have been waiting at the front for 5 minutes." His response, "Oh really? Ok...I can help you." I was immediately displeased with his response, lack of apology for my wait, and overall cavalier attitude. I asked to purchase a gift card and completed the transaction. He then looked at me as I stood there looking at him. I asked, "Can I have my receipt?" He started fumbling around with the computer and then stated the printer was down but he would email it to me before close. I wrote down my email address and left. This was around 3pm. I checked my email at 6:50pm and still had not received the receipt for the gift card. I then called Restore because they close at 7pm and kept getting a recording message. (I called 4 times) I left a voicemail explaining my issue and requested a callback, in addition to my receipt. A couple of minutes later, I receive a text message that my message has been forwarded to the front desk and someone will get in contact with me. Today is now Sunday, April 10th. (Day of review) I have not received a phone call, email, or my receipt. To say the customer service is less than stellar is an understatement. I will never make a purchase from Restore again and I am going to recommend my friend choose a different place for IV drips. read more

Jennifer, Christina, MORGAN and MJ are amazing as well as all the staff that I have met... seriously they are all kind, knowledgeable, helpful and Christina has never missed my vein for a drip and I am "hard to stick" as they say. A great staff who are and always welcoming and work to get your health needs met. I've been recovering from a back injury for quite some time and I've used cryotherapy and the drips to help me with my inflammation and I can tell a difference. I also went and got a hydration drip when I had food poisoning one time and it saved me! I try to go at least three times a week for inflammation and my body can tell when I miss. Bought a Cryo session on Groupon for $26 which is normally $75 for non-members. The woman that helped me was very nice and informative letting me know what to expect during and afterwards. Beginners can only stay in the Cryo machine for a maximum of 2 minutes (thank goodness). I must say, it really worked. My pain was gone and I felt rejuvenated. Also burned about 600 calories! I live near Kingwood, over an hour away, but decided to visit this business after I found a deal on Groupon for an IV drip after completing the Houston marathon. I decided to return for another drip because after researching IV drip therapy and cryotherapy, then having experienced it, I felt it would help my health and energy levels with my sometimes arduous work schedule. I had been impressed by the clean, friendly facility back in January, but most of all, I was pleased with the nurse's ability to painlessly put in the IV, since I am a wimp with needles. This was true today as well for both me and another person who was there with the same concern. I have never written a YELP review, but today I feel I must. While walking in the parking lot prior to my appointment, I received some horrible news. I came in very upset. Jennifer and Sandy were so amazing to me. Please don't ever use this company! I just found out that they have been charging me $89 a month for over a year and I had cancelled my membership over a year ago. They said since the place is under new management there is nothing they can do about it. Also they didn't return any of my phone calls about this matter and did not communicate. I had to call everyday just to get the above response. Poor customer service and as a practicing physician I believe their services are not medically proven or safe without an MD overseeing these type of treatments. Update 05/05/2017: Since I wrote this someone from Restore did call me and apologize for the bad incident. The nurse that worked on me is no longer there. Although I know mistakes happen I still feel like I was ignored and calls avoided when I wanted to complain about the issue. In the end I think they truly feel bad about what happened but I won't be going back. I received an I.V. treatment to boost my immune system to fight a cold. I ended up not feeling any better and felt like it was a waste. Turns out the I.V. was not done correctly and now I have scar tissue where the injection was put in. When I called to complain to the sugarland store where I had it done. The lady said she does not handle complaints and to call the RoundRock location. I called the RoundRock location 5 times over a 3 week period. Each time the guy that answered took a message to have someone call me back. NO one ever called me back. I do not recommend doing the I.V, therapy there and if you do and you have a problem, good luck finding anyone there that gives a shit. read more
