It's been a few years since my last visit, but the headaches, shoulder stiffness, and all the little aches finally convinced me it was time to come back. My body was definitely telling me it needed an adjustment! Before my appointment, I called because I had a few questions, and Belle was the one who answered. She was so patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. That kind of customer service really makes a difference, especially when you're coming back after a long time. I was treated by Dr. Jai, and I had a great experience with my adjustment. She listened to my concerns, explained what she was doing, and I felt much better afterward. You can tell she's experienced and knows exactly what she's doing. If I could suggest one small thing, it would be for Dr. Jai to smile a little more. A warm smile can help patients feel even more relaxed, especially when they're coming in with pain or feeling a little anxious. Other than that, I was very happy with the care I received. Overall, I'm really glad I decided to come back. It was exactly what my body needed, and I'll definitely be back for my follow-up visits. In response to their reply: Again, I expressly asked and was told that I could share the sessions. I was also advised that a note would be added to my account confirming this transferability. While I understand what the policy states, I moved forward with the purchase based on the information I was given. There's no way I would make this decision without confirmation. I will also take ownership here: I had a poor adjustment experience at the Cypress location back in 2016 that left me in severe pain, and unfortunately, I encountered the same issue after my second appointment at your location. I should have trusted my prior experience and avoided this company altogether, but I chose to give you all a second chance under the belief that one location's performance does not reflect the whole organization. There will not be a third. ------------------------------------------------ I purchased a 10-pack in January 2024, from Dr. Williams at this location, after being assured I could share the sessions with family members. I made this intention clear at the time of purchase, and Dr. Williams confirmed it was allowed. Now, on September 30, 2025, when a family member urgently needed to use one of the sessions, I was told they are not transferable. Adding insult to injury, I am unable to use them myself due to medical reasons. That means I'm out hundreds of dollars for services I can't use and was misled about sharing. This feels like a bait-and-switch--misrepresentation at best, dishonest at worst. If transparency and customer care matter to you, look elsewhere. read more

Always a good experience. What I like most about the Joint is I can go to any clinic which works out great for my work serving the greater Houston area. Dr. Linder is very good at chiropractic care. Tried to give this place a shot, had some tightness in my neck and back and cost didn't seem bad to try for the first time. After trying to fill out an incredibly arduous questionnaire 4 times on a tablet that kept failing over and over I finally walked out. Received an offer for a free consult and upon arriving was told "oh that offer ended last month". I had made my appointment while the offer was still in effect and at no time during the appointment booking was I told that the offer applied only if the appointment was completed up till a certain time. Emily, the lady at the front desk, changed my original appointment a few hours before my session to the following day. Horrible experience for someone looking to see if a chiropractor session would meet their needs. Would not recommend just based on the unprofessional manner in which I was treated! Ok so my absolute favorite Dr moved here so you know I had to swing by and get an adjustment when I was in the area. First off, wow the clinic is newer than my other locations. I love that everything is brighter rather than the darker somber vibe. The front desk staff is sweet and attentive. But on to my favorite part the table! (or would we consider these beds?) I know, I know out off all things my fav is the table butttt you are talking to the girl obsessed and reviewed the bathroom wallpaper at Mastrantos sooo.... (its the small things) these are also newer vs the brown ones these are more squishy and comfy. I love this place it's just giving me chic modern vibes and I'll loving it because I'm all about the vibes! Dr Jung Dr Jung Dr Jung.....5 SOLID STARS. He use to work at the San Felipe location and unfortunately moved. Had to drive close to 25 miles to come see him. Worth the drive. Visited another doc at the original location at San Felipe and he messed up so bad. Dr Jung instantly corrected the problem. This guy is a miracle doctor. I was treated by Dr. AJay for my knee and upper back pain. Dr. AJay took the time to really listen to all of my concerns. Started off with light muscular stretches in order to activate the impacted areas and also adjusted me after the stretching. He also went above and beyond by making sure no other areas in my bodies were left not examined. Dr. AJay is very thorough, meticulous, and displays excellent bed side manners. I HIGHLY recommend his services for anyone suffering from muscular or joint pain. I also appreciated his follow through the next day with me to check in on the treated areas. Did submit the online offer for new patient, got a follow up call short after which I did explain the situation and asked all the questions at the time. Long story short, after 1 hour waiting for the Chiropractor, Joel Ramirez, he refused to help my husband because he didn't want to risk loosing his license, nor he did the exam, NOTHING he just wanted to chat. ???? For real, you tell your customers you can't help because you don't have X-rays and you FEAR loosing your license? Maybe wrong profession or advertising? This location is newer and closer to my home. I've been visiting the joint since approx 2016 and love the convenience and flexibility it offers. Dr Jung and Dr Dana are great but the wait times for this location are just too long, any time, any day.. I've never waited more than 20-30 minutes to be adjusted and that's because I ask for a specific doctor, but here first come first served wait time is 45mins to 1 hour. I will continue to visit my original location due to wait time and lack of convenience at this location. read more

I've been a The Joint Chiropractic member before, but quit it bc the doctor at my closest clinic was terrible. However, I have since moved, so this clinic is now the closest. I'm currently pregnant, which has aggravated my lower back and hips more than normal, and my OB doctor suggested routine chiropractic care. I decided to try this new Rosenberg location due to the affordability of the franchise, and I'm glad I did. I explained all of my problem areas to the staff and Dr. Jung, and I really felt like I was heard. Dr. Jung was incredibly compassionate and super informative. He explained to me what problems I'm having and why I experience the pain that I do. He also took a little bit of time to get to know me, and what I do so that he had a fuller picture of how I use my body and explain what could help or worsen my problem areas. Allen (I think was his name) at the front desk was also super helpful - he explained all of the options available to me before I decided to enroll in their monthly package. I like the Dr's.. BUT THE OFFICE IS POORLY MANAGED AND UNPREDICTABLE EXPERIENCE.. Typically, I overlook poor administration if the service I receive is of quality.. today, for the 3rd time the 'first come first serve' process seemed to skip around.. they started serving people who were NOT in the location when i arrived and who seemed to have a 'personal relationship' with the girls at the front desk.. when i asked to speak to the manager or owner, i was told i could only get an email as 'they do not take or make calls'.. clearly, they have no interest in customer service, customer retention or customer experience..
