I will also take ownership here: I had a poor adjustment experience at the Cypress location back in 2016 that left me in severe pain, and unfortunately, I encountered the same issue after my second appointment at your location. I should have trusted my prior experience and avoided this company altogether, but I chose to give you all a second chance under the belief that one location's performance does not reflect the whole organization. There will not be a third. ------------------------------------------------ I purchased a 10-pack in January 2024, from Dr. Williams at this location, after being assured I could share the sessions with family members. I made this intention clear at the time of purchase, and Dr. Williams confirmed it was allowed. Now, on September 30, 2025, when a family member urgently needed to use one of the sessions, I was told they are not transferable. Adding insult to injury, I am unable to use them myself due to medical reasons. That means I'm out hundreds of dollars for services I can't use and was misled about sharing. This feels like a bait-and-switch--misrepresentation at best, dishonest at worst. If transparency and customer care matter to you, look elsewhere.
