That said, they have young and middle aged professionals that have gotten ever more fit by following the programs. They have current & retired professional athletes looking for customized training during their off season. There are high school athletes getting coached on their sports' movement requirements and targeted training. I sit at a desk at all day for work and then go to school and sit at another desk. I strength training, play tennis, do yoga and do a bunch of spin classes on my Peloton. Needless to say all that puts a toll on your body. I left the Athletic both today and yesterday feeling like I could run a marathon and all the knots in my upper body were gone! All of this was done in 30 minute sessions. I should've booked an hour.. tomorrow I have an hour. Daniel did my stretch therapy. AMAZING! Pino did my massage and y'all...I can't even tell y'all how good that felt. It was probably one of the best massages I've had in the last year.
