She left the bloody needle hanging by the IV fluid thing too and walked off to go answer a phone or something too. Like this is so suspicious and not regulated well. Really disappointed. I sit at a desk at all day for work and then go to school and sit at another desk. I strength training, play tennis, do yoga and do a bunch of spin classes on my Peloton. Needless to say all that puts a toll on your body. I left the Athletic both today and yesterday feeling like I could run a marathon and all the knots in my upper body were gone! All of this was done in 30 minute sessions. I should've booked an hour.. tomorrow I have an hour. Daniel did my stretch therapy. AMAZING! Pino did my massage and y'all...I can't even tell y'all how good that felt. It was probably one of the best massages I've had in the last year. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the surrounding area. I have friend out here and when I told him where I was going he told me his former team mate owns it so I should've known I was going to be in good hands lol. You will not be disappointed in the stretch or massage therapy. It was perfect for me. The woman I spoke with was very sweet and squeezed my daughter in to the schedule same day. My daughter's meet is tomorrow, and she already feels so much better. That said, they have young and middle aged professionals that have gotten ever more fit by following the programs. They have current & retired professional athletes looking for customized training during their off season. There are high school athletes getting coached on their sports' movement requirements and targeted training. Finally there are geezers and grandmas that can push some serious weights around, though it takes us longer to get there. In my case MUCH longer, but the journey is fun. NO ONE said there is a forced 3 month subscription before you can cancel. They said it was on the paperwork you sign but it was probably in tiny print. I absolutely never saw it on the contract and I never thought they would straight up LIE to me. When I got the services, I got a vitamin IV. The "nurse" was visibly shaking and she put in the needle into my hand vein wrong and my blood splattered everywhere. I had NEVER EVER had an IV experience like that in my life through multiple surgeries & hospitalizations. The IV was also extremely painful because it was freezing cold. I have an autoimmune condition & no one told me this particular vitamin caused extreme cold if not I wouldn't have gotten it. I tried the compression but it caused severe pain for days afterwards. Compression needs to be very customized according to your lymphatic state. They don't do any true evaluation. When I asked to cancel my membership with a 30 day notice THEY REFUSED. They said they could only freeze it for 3 months. After 2 months of the freeze I lost my job. I called and begged them to just please let me cancel but they absolutely refused even through all the nightmare experiences I had already had. They're absolutely ruthless no matter your situation they're just after your money. They don't GAF about your health. ABSOLUTELY HORRID PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The essential oils helps them glide their hands across your body so since I didn't get oil I got a lot of pressure in my trouble spots. The room was quiet, clean and the music was soft and relaxing.
