I started my journey with Dr. Linda several months back. When I first went in, I had numbness down my right arm, neck so tight I could hardly turn it, weird cramps in my hand & forearm....along with other aches, pains & stiffness. I spent the next couple of months seeing Dr. Linda weekly. Each session, she took the time to listen and evaluate my progress!! Like she said....it didn't get this way over night & we can't fix it over night. Was referred here by a friend. Wanted to see Dr Huynh but was told she's out on maternity leave til November. Bummer. But was highly recommended to Dr Stacy Cross. Previous owner of the practice. But she comes to fill in as needed. Was nervous about taking my month old newborn to get "adjusted" because I'm imagining it to be an adjustment like adults get. WRONG. They use a little handheld gadget that makes this clicking sound as they run it down their little spine. The lady that booked my appt I forgot her name was soooo nice! She made me less nervous about coming in. Anyways, Dr cross explained everything before she began and I held my little baby on my lap on her tummy. She didn't even cry. In fact it looked like she enjoyed it! She had a little misalignment on her left side. Which was causing her to be really gassy and fussy. They said these visits help with colicky babies. I'm desperate and gave it a try. After our visit the baby was still fussy but her cries were different! And that first night was the first night she slept through the night until 7am! I was shocked! 2nd night she cried but 3rd and 4th night since, she's been waking up but will go back to sleep unlike before. She'd cry uncontrollably. I'm taking her back once a week for a month to see if it helps her anymore. I'm convinced that it does! Highly recommended. read more

Had high hope for this company. What a let down. Little skeptical... thirty minutes late on appointment time. First one in the am. Explain that one. Nothing was explained to me. I went for acupuncture and chiropractor. Acupuncture was odd. Setting for 30 minutes. Then thought I was going to talk to a doctor about my condition, come up with a plan. Then the next thing the lady who did my acupuncture came in and tried to adjust me. What? It was awful. The lady is small, adjustment was horrible (been adjusted before for years) nobody took the time to talk to me. I left there in 100 percent in more pain. Dr Linda and her staff are the BEST! I was in severe pain for several years with horrible headaches that were unexplainable and wasn't quite sure how to handle it. I even had been to PT without much improvement. Dr Linda sent me for a much needed MRI and found I had an unknown injury. So, I had 3 options #1 surgery (per an Ortho MD), #2 shots in the neck and live on pain meds OR #3 I could try Dr Linda (the no pain no surgery no needles option) I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about the whole thing. However, now, I am a true convert. I opted to do the cervical traction for my neck and head. She took her time with me to really understand the root of the problem. Dr Linda got me fixed up considering how messed up my neck was. I feel better and I actually 'relax' a little when she adjusts me LOL! She also introduced me to Graston. This has helped me tremendously with the tightness In my shoulders and neck. It even allows me to turn my head from side to side and my range of motion has increased. They have different rooms named after different countries/continents and it's decorated in the style of the country/continent chosen! Very neat. Dr. Linda Huynh and her staff are awesome! I was in pain with my super stiff neck and shoulder pain. I was moving like a robot that needed maintenance. It takes confidence and comfort for a patient to go see a chiropractor. It can be scary. I've actually seen 2 other chiropractors in my life.Dr. Linda is the youngest but she is very knowledgeable and professional. She even showed me a home stretch exercise to do at home..It's really great the appointment time you are schedule is the actual time you get seen by this office. Alot of Dr. offices seem to make patients wait forever!!! I really enioy the comfortable lay down or sit up options for the electro stim therapy. I am new to the ultrasound therapy and Dr. Linda suggested for me to get it as well with my last 2 sessions. The ultrasound helps with scar tissue and things deep into the muscles I am guessing like how the electro stimulation does for patients. The heating pack is a very relaxing service to have while getting the electro stim. This last visit was my 3rd time and man I am getting much better range in motion in my neck. Watch out for this clinic, the way they billed client is the most mysterious I have ever had. They charged me on several care services with different prices when they filed them with my insurance. And the amount they charged me turn out to be much more than I should pay as reported in my insurance explanation of benefit. But when I called to ask, the only answer they gave me is they don't see any update from my insurance yet and tells it usually takes two weeks since I receive benefit explanation from insurance until that is reflected in their system, but even after 4 months I call back, they have the same answer and did not refund me any balance I should have!!! I've been seeing Dr. Stacey off and on for about 15 years. They have moved from Eldrige (used to be by the Sugar Mill subdivision) to the new nice facility close to 59S/Dairy Ashford a few years ago. I've since also had treatments by Dr. Linda. Both are excellent doctors, they are gentle, caring and most important, only do what's necessary, no extra x-rays taken or selling any additional services/treatments. I feel better each time I go in to have my adjustments. Staff are all very friendly and caring. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Highly recommend, at least try once!! Sugar mill chiropractic is great. If you have a spine I recommend these guys to keep it in line. I want in with some nerve issues in my right leg and saw Dr. Tara, she took really good care of me. First she did an alignment then I had what I guess one would call electroshock therapy. Felt much better afterwards will most certainly be going back every quarter or as needed. We weren't happy with that choice so we started going to Sugar Mill.
