DR. Sherbert Harris was a welcomed relief to find after my disappointment to find that DR. Greg at Rosenberg The Joint was no longer available. I did try one, exactly one adjustment at tge Rosenberg location and left in more pain than when I entered. Much to my amazement I FOUND DR SHERMETT HARRIS!! She talked me through each process and showed me how to help her obtain the best adjustment. She is very knowledgeable and very precise in her adjustment to obtain the relief that my body required. DR. Harris stated she would further my wellness by emailing me after care to include stretching tutorials. My first initial consult was pretty informative. Which would be $29 if you want to do this! They adjusted me and suggested I come back for treatment for 2x/week for the first month and 1x/month the following month after. If you are military ask for the discount! It's $10 off the monthly membership. Any discount helps, so I'll take it!!!! I've been going for the last month, and I have had substantial relief! It isn't all gone but it's definitely helping! Dr. Le is a godsend. I believe in Chiropractic care, but unfortunately, most are worthless. I've had possibly three Chiropractors in my life that were worth a damn. After perusing yelp, I noticed a $29 introductory offer for The Joint. The Mrs. has visited The Joint, in the past, and recommends this low cost Chiropractic, communal type facility. Apprehensive, I joined her last night. Dr. Le was genuinely friendly, and very thorough. She noticed all of my ailments, and corrected them in a manner that no other Chiropractor has in the past. I slept better last night, than I have in months. Pro tip: You do not need to visit a fancy Chiropractic facility, in a swanky building, with waterfalls, and all of the other nonsense that some people misconstrue as a professional facility. Dr.Haul (hoped I spelled your name correctly) is the best. He helped improved my posture, and relieved my neck tension. I used to have difficulty turning my head because of poor posture but after every session my posture and neck improves dramatically. It's fine. No better or worse than any other Joint. Here's the thing. No matter how long the line is, they always say "10 minute wait." Sometimes my 10 minute wait is 10 minutes. More frequently, like today, 10 minutes means 50 minutes. The business model is dumb. Why can't we book a time online or over the phone? Being locked into a waiting room hell is so, so not fun. I signed up two months ago due to severe pain in my back....after finding the joint clinic online i decide to give it a try. my first visit went okay. so during check out, of course the lady at the front desk pushed the monthly plan onto me. which seemed like a good idea at the time ($40 dollars for 1 visit vs $70 for 4 visits for the month). i told her to go ahead sign me up for the month. at the last minute she informed me i had to pay for 2 month (the first and last month). after thinking about it i still said yes. BIG MISTAKE!!! Three of my visits were with a two different female chiropractors and they did a bad job, barely applied any pressure and done within a few ninutes. Not to mention at this point I was still experiening alot of pain and the female chiropractor told me I needed to come in more often about 3 times a week! (keep in mind I would have to pay extra for all of these visits) If they were doing a good job 1-2 visits should have done the trick. The 4th one was with a male and he did an okay job. 1st month was done onto the next (since I already paid). On the 5th visit, I asked for the male chiropractor again - BAD IDEA - I have no clue what he did, but my neck was completely stiff and in so much pain for a few days afterwards. It was so bad that I had to go to a different chiropractor. To make things even more upsetting after calling and telling the front desk I would like to cancel my "membership" the receptionist told me it was done. I still got charged! I didn't even go to my last 3 visits because I didn't want to deal with these so called "chiropractors" after calling and asking why I was charged the receptionist stated I had to come in and sign paper work in order for it to be fully cancelled. Stay away and go to a REAL chiropractor and do not fall for their membership scam. read more

I am a regular at this location as I try to visit once a week for my maintenance adjustments. Sometimes I walk in crooked with a jacked up back but Dr. Gomez or Dr. Schultz always set me straight! Very quick. First appointment I saw Dr. Urea and she was amazing! Very informative and understanding. Made me feel comfortable for my first time. However, the next few times she was unavailable so I went to another gentleman who reiterated what I already knew but was fine. He did a great job as well. Then I had Dr. Anjorin and she was fabulous! She made sure I was comfortable but firm enough that I felt some relief. I highly recommend her. I will say that anybody there is just as professional, kind and accommodating. DON'T pay before your seen, I have just made this mistake and now I'm waiting over 30mins for a refund and still haven't been seen. The front desk clerk is rude, short with customers and eating upfront very unprofessional. As I'm getting everything sorted out they informed me that I should make an appointment next time. Excuse me? On your website one of the top five points you make is that "NO appointment necessary." So thank you for that I will never visit another location. My father swears by chiropractic. He treated me to a ($29) drop in visit. I filled out 3-4 pieces of paperwork, nothing too labor intensive, and 3 minutes later I'm called in. We discussed some issues like hip pain, migraines, and he even pointed out the fact that my right leg was shorter than my left! After the consultation he adjusted my back in 2-4 places (cracks), my legs (which I didn't know could crack like that!), my neck in both directions (eek!), and some odd sumo body twisting crack that felt like heaven on my spine. Overall I was very satisfied with my treatment plan, 2 days/week for 2 weeks then 1 day/week for a few weeks and then maybe 1/month for maintenance. At $29 a session not a bad thing! They also offer deals like buy 5 for $116, 10 for $1_ _, and one other. I forgot the last two. OOPS! Anyways, I hope you guys give non drug medicine a try and for those of you with back pain, headaches, stiff joints and muscles, or other ailments what could it hurt at $29? read more

My first real chiropractor experience was in Atlanta, GA. I didn't realize how great she was until I moved here and tried to find another good one. I went to 3-4 in the Houston area and they all wanted me to do this test or that test and then take 5 different x-rays before the first adjustment, and then I had to lay on this rolley table or wear these electrodes (or both) before EVERY adjustment. Ugh. In Atlanta I would go in, get adjusted and be out in literally 10 minutes. And it was perfectly effective! I went to The Joint after being referred by a friend and reading on their website about their monthly plan. I think I was there for a total of 20 minutes and half of that I spent filling out paperwork. He poked around on my neck and back for a few minutes and then gave me an adjustment. It was perfect! If you are in good back shape and just want to keep yourself good, this place is fine. If you're having actual problems, go to a real chiropractor and get fixed. They don't really do anything resembling an exam, and go into adjustments. They are great about that though. The doctors are great. I used 2 of them, including the one opening the Missouri City location. My problem is with their payment plans. I used their wellness plan they recommended. It was ok for the 1st month. The 2nd month I could only get in 1 of the 4 times, and the 3rd month they charged me again for my visits, even though I couldn't come in (my schedule makes mid day activities difficult). I called to cancel the 3rd month. The lady I spoke with said it was taken care of. A week later, I got charged again. This time I called and was told I would have to come sign a cancelation letter. The one thing I hate most is being lied to. It's really too bad about this too, because up to that point I was a fan. read more

First time at the Sugarland location. Had been seen at the Missouri City location and the front office staff was A LOT friendlier. I waited over 30 minutes just for the lady to say she couldn't find me in the system. I had to fill out paperwork again (not a big deal) but when I got up to turn in it to her I had to WAIT UNTIL SHE FINISHED HER TEXT MESSAGE before she acknowledged me and took my paperwork from me.
