I love this place! They are super professional and extremely helpful to all of your needs. I signed up to be a member which is cool since you get credits to use for certain things. I have only come for the Full Body Light Therapy and the Cryotherapy. Both of which I HIGHLY recommend! I am also planning on coming back in a week for their new stretching session! I'm a member of restore from different state, Initially had a miscommunication but its generous of them to resolve and accommodate me with service appointment. Owner of the store (Brain Haden) is very kind to spend his busy time in showing me around his equipment and upcoming new PT facility. I had really good experience working with these professional folks. I scheduled few more services during my stay in Texas. Not to mentioned my IV session with registered nurse was great. read more

VIOLATED. I came with a friend after hearing about the location on Facebook. We were excited to try both Cryo and PBM. We came at our scheduled time, signed in and were given a tour of the facility. We were going to start treatment in the PBM room but the owner, Brian, came to the room and instructed his staff to move us over to the Cryo room to begin. We were told for the best results, we should have maximum skin exposure and could wear a bra and underwear in the machine. My friend and I undressed in the changing room and entered the Cryo room in our undergarments. My friend went first and I waited outside alongside the female staff that was assigned to help. During my friend's treatment, Brian, the owner came into the room and I was completely exposed. Brian made no attempt to apologize, nor did he show any signs of shock for having walked in on me undressed. This was extremely upsetting. I felt extremely violated. He made no attempt to knock and provided no apology for having invaded my personal space. I was in a bra and a thong. And he was very aware we were in this room as he had instructed his staff to start us there. The staff helping us notified us that she would speak to him while she finished up our treatments. We got to the front desk to check out and at this point no one had approached me to apologize. I decided then to mention my awful experience to the store manager, Brandie, who was working the front desk. Brandie's response to me telling her that I was violated was "I'm so sorry, but did you wear your robe?". This was unacceptable. I could not believe my ears when she replied the way she did. For an incident like this to happen and for the store manager to accuse me of being at fault for why it happened. I had to leave at this point because on top of being violated, I was then blamed for why I was violated. Any industry where I am required to undress, I always receive a knock prior to staff entering and this facility should be no different. I will NEVER visit this facility ever again and I hope no one experiences what I did today. IN REPLY TO THE TERRIBLE RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS: The owner that walked in stood there and stared at me before turning and leaving. First time users should be notified but that isn't on us to know. How are we to know that any man or woman could barge in at any moment and gawk at us before leaving. This is nothing but victim blaming and the only reason I am complaining is in the hopes this behavior would change and for your staff to take some responsibility. read more

This wellness facility is awesome. I've done cryotherapy before but, their machines are a lot different. I'm used to the machines where your head is sticking out. These machines are fully enclosed. They offer a lot of services from, IV drip, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and more. I will be going back to this location. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. read more

I have been going to Restore, weekly, for the Lipo-C B12 shots. They have eradicated all of my lingering depression symptoms, and have given me energy to tackle more than I was doing prior to getting them. In addition to the already 2 great positives, I am on a reduced calorie diet and working out, and the lipo c has increased my weekly weight loss a bit! Enough to notice!!
