But the best part, hands down, is the cold eucalyptus towel in the mini fridge. Growing up, my mom always had eucalyptus around, candles, oils, sprays, you name it. I didn't get the hype as a kid, but now I totally understand. That scent is so calming. I usually grab the towel toward the end of my session, while I'm still sweating, and press it to my face or neck. It feels amazing. It's cool, refreshing, and the eucalyptus just hits. Super soothing. Sometimes I stay in the sauna the full 45 mins. Other times, I jump in the cold plunge midway through for a little contrast therapy. I was able to do compression therapy while getting my drip and sooooo good. First time trying it and now I am hooked. I am going tomorrow for an infrared sauna session. The area was very clean and plenty of towels. You receive a bathrobe and slides. There is soap/shampoo in the shower. Also sun block is available which I was surprised by, but appreciative of. Right outside the men's area is the waiting area for your services. Also very clean and peaceful. Massage: Nick was my masseur, he was great. He checked in a couple times to make sure pressure was right. Great experience. After my massage I went out and hung out by the pool for a bit. You have access with spa services.
