I chose a female massage therapist for my own comfort level. When I walked in, I was greeted by two women and they led me into the common massage area, where each massage bed is sectioned off with curtains only. I ended up getting a male massage therapist without any notification. This male massage therapist (I was unable to get his name) made me feel very uncomfortable. Although the foot massage only lasted less than 30 minutes, the head massage and shoulder massage were great. He mainly focused a lot of the time during the massage in my glutes and inner thigh areas. Once finished, he quietly whispered in my ear, "see you again soon." As a woman, this made me VERY uncomfortable. I tried expressing my concerns directly to the massage therapist afterwards, but he ran to the back right after the massage. When I was paying, I expressed my concerns to the woman who greeted me. She disregarded my concerns and only focused on the next customers coming in. As someone who frequents massages regularly and was excited to try a new spot, I will NOT return. I wrote this similar review on Google Reviews, and they reached out to me personally, trying to cover up their faults by offering a free massage at a place where I was harassed.

I found it on Yelp and called to see if they could take two of us that same day; and within 20 minutes, we were soaking our feet and getting our massage on! They have foot reflexology options, massage options, and combo. I did 30 minutes reflexology and 30 minutes full body massage for $60. My reflexologist had VERY strong hands, and he was kind enough to check in every so often to ensure it wasn't too much pressure. It was a bit cold in there, but other than that, I'm please with my experience and will return.

I wasn't looking for frills but quality work to help get some of the kinks out of my back. I came to the right place! Called for a same-day appointment and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and accommodating. When I asked to confirm pricing from what is on the site, those are up-to-date and accurate. They are very easily located on Silber right after the entrance to the Edwards Theater. The lobby is clean and not dark and sketchy, with no cheesy music playing or blackout curtains. I went for the Combo #2 (80 mins total, 40 mins back/shoulder and 40 mins feet/head/arms) and Helen took the most amazing care of me. The pressure was hard, which I needed, but not painful; she truly worked on my issues and didn't just rub oil on my back. When we were finished, I got dressed and went into the other room for her to do my feet and I just wanted to sleep. She placed a warm therapy pillow on the lower part of my back and got to work while my feet soaked in a tub of warm/hot water. Helen proceeded to really work on my feet, legs, and toes! But only after she did a great job on my head (why do head massages just put me to sleep?) and then neck and shoulders and then placed a warm therapy eye pillow on my face to allow me to really sink into the second part of my appointment. Fancy spas are great if you are looking for that. But if you are truly looking for a quality experience with very professional people, I cannot recommend Soul Retreat Spa enough. You are able to get different massages in the same room, and I tried combination Thai for the first time. Nancy and Myra were our massage therapists and they were wonderful! Myra was very attentive to potential pressure sensitivity and Nancy was firm with her pressure but not overwhelming. Overall a great experience, and as it was my sister and her fiancés first massage, they were blown away and want to make it a regular treat for them!

Summer was so determined to get my neck and shoulders into some sort of respectable state. At some point she got up on the table and put me in this weird chokehold like position so she could dig her elbows into my neck. I realize this probably doesn't sound great but my neck needed it so bad. Now I'm definitely sore but I can swivel my neck around so I'm a happy camper. I would continue to go back for sure. A few things to note. I think their website got hacked because now it's some weird casino looking thing. They are still open just fyi. Also, they do take walk ins. They're not the most helpful if you don't know what you want in appearance, but once you're in the room the MT is really sweet and caring.

The people here are all super friendly, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. Nothing has changed in that respect. Lisa has moved on, but in her place I was introduced to Anna. She referred to herself as tall Anna because, well, she's tall. She's also strong. Like VERY strong. As a 50-something that works out daily, I have some tight spots and some sore spots. With other therapists in the past I would ask for medium pressure and then point out when I needed deeper pressure. They would do their best, but it always seemed like their medium would fade toward light as the session went on and their deep was them putting every bit of weight they could muster into a single spot. This would lead to somewhat irregular pressure, and each visit was different from the previous. Really hit or miss, regardless of the therapist. Not with Anna though. Her medium is a firm, but soothing and consistent amount of pressure and, when she finds a tight spot, she puts just a little bit more into it without breaking cadence. It's a truly relaxing experience. It's going to sound weird, but I'd equate it to driving a car with more than enough power to handle any situation. Where a weaker car has to work as hard as it can to get to and maintain certain speeds, the more powerful car can do it effortlessly and with grace. I've now been back to see Anna four times and each time is just as good as the last. She is the epitome of consistency. It's worth the half hour drive to see her every week. Highly recommended!

Had such a great experience from beginning to end…read more I booked through ClassPass the 90min Body Sculpting treatment. The front desk manager did a fantastic job of explaining how it would go. 60mins of body sculpting with the wood tools and cupping then 30mins of infrared sauna (in a different room). The massage therapist was wonderful. I asked her to relieve the tension in my neck before she started the thigh body sculpt. I nearly melted on the table when she used the hot stones on my back it felt so great. The body sculpting was awesome, left no bruising and I could see a difference when I got home. I'm already looking forward to booking my next session!
