I'll add my tip on here later. My review of Restore had to do with their hyperbaric chamber. I've tried (and love) cryotherapy (another service they provide) I hadn't however had the chance to try out a hyperbaric chamber. From the time I called to setup my appointment for the chamber until I was leaving afterwards the staff did a great job of being genuinely engaging and provided lots of information about some of the other services there. The chamber is great for healing, cognitive awareness, and rest. It was the best sleep I had in months and I sleep pretty good to begin with. Definitely going back to try out their cryotherapy chamber and make another trip for their hyperbaric chamber. This location was really great with the customer service so its the location I would recommend people to try out that were interested in either of those services! read more

Meaning, I think it gets colder than all the others AND it can fit 4 people in it, plus it has an ante-chamber. Their nurses are very nice and I love getting the various restorative IVs. But be aware of what you are paying for and if you can actually use it, because your credits expire and you cannot pause your membership to catch up! Only one infrared sauna which is often booked, so you'll most likely need to schedule ahead of time for that one. read more

I really love this location. The owner is very understanding and runs his store unlike any other post-COVID business. What I mean by that is most memberships nowadays still require you to give a 30-day notice to cancel your membership - which is not always possible especially when you go from one week healthy, to the next few weeks sick. The membership pricing makes so much sense and I wish I lived closer to take more advantage of their sauna and LED amenities. Most of all, the nurses and front desk crew they employ are top notch and truly care about your well-being. (Side note: make sure to be fully hydrated when you use the sauna. I overextended myself by working out before visiting the sauna and failed to rehydrate before entering the sauna which is not the best idea when you're that depleted of electrolytes!) read more
