Awesome place - rhe staff is so kind and knowledgeable about what really matters in health and wellness.

What an awesome experience! I really didn't know what to expect from my visit, but I was seeking pain relief. ‍ I saw an ad on Facebook and booked an appointment. I'm so glad I did! It is about 30-35 min from my house, but coming midday wasn't bad. The parking however in Vintage Park is challenging, especially for accessible parking. I did finally find a spot across from Huemn. I was promptly greeted by Johnnie. He was patient and explained the numerous options available, and provided great recommendations that would be appropriate for me. I was able to experience a 30 min PEMF session (like a tens unit on steroids via a magnetic pulse). Let me tell you! The tension and pain in my neck and left hip were gone!!! I even went to sleep! I left my appointment without pain and with more energy. I'm very happy with the results. Huemn offers services through a membership with a 3 month commitment, also by non-membership packages, and also by single services pricing. Of course membership pricing is the best. I shall return real soon, for more pain relief.‍ read more

There are a tremendous amount of folks who want to sell you homeopathic remedies for all sorts of ailments. Promises with zero data. Charging you for stuff you haven't been able to research but they have good sales people. Etc. So when I heard about "cryotherapy" and "red light therapy" I falsely assumed...more snake oil. I happen to work with someone who is a MD, knowledgeable, and someone I could trust to cut on me. He told me about this place, the benefits, and why it would behoove me to check it out. So I did. And I have zero regrets. Bill, the owner, is visible. All the time. Not an owner who is on the side but around. Says a lot about how much he likes the business and his character. He hires good, bubbly, nice folks who make you feel welcome. Staff is knowledgeable. They explain everything well. And now to the data. Everyone knows their stuff, the benefits of cryo, red infrared light, compression, etc is very well documented. So much so st. Jude's hospital uses infrared for their patients. I could digress and tell you why I love this place but I will save you the time and say go check it out. First time cryo is free. It's cold as hell. But short time discomfort for long term benefits. Take care of yourself now, because you might not have time later. Enough with the poster quotes, you get the jist. Now go freeze. read more

I just ran my first marathon and wanted to jump start my recovery. I literally found them right after I finished my race and stopped by on my way home. It was my first experience and it was awesome! The cryotherapy plus compression made me feel so much better today! I def want to continue seeing them as I continue running. read more

I literally have not even been in for an appointment yet as my schedule keeps changing and I have to keep rescheduling, this review is based on the fact that their booking process is so easy and they will work with you to find an appointment that works no matter how many times you have to reschedule! That's so great considering mine keeps changing. Looking forward to going in this week and finally getting to check out their body contouring services! read more

I go to Huemn for all my recovery needs. I recently got a membership which has a lot of perks. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff. Love the walk-in cryotherapy chamber. They will put on your choice of music to get you through the 3.5 minutes. It always feels so awesome when you step out of that chamber. Looking forward to trying the light therapy in the near future read more

Great service every time! The staff is always very helpful and fast to help service your needs in any way possible. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Huemn. Been coming here for a year because of a issue with swelling in my knee. My workout regimen is 4 days a week and these past 6 weeks have included running and rowing, which a year ago I could not run. This has been a blessing to recovery . The customer service is stellar. Huemn knows their stuff. read more

Great place and great service, highly recommend. Staff is super helpful and there to answer any questions.

When I first walked in for my appointment there were 4 employees at the desk 2 girls & 2 gentlemen. It was an early appointment and no one acknowledged me... I was standing there for a few minutes while they were chatting and I felt like an inconvenience. Once I finally got someones attention, I was given a tablet to fill out for a facial however I was booked for the Cyro Slimming consult? I went back up to the desk and was trying to hand my tablet to the gentlemen who was looking at his phone laughing and just ignored me and left me standing there with the tablet. Lea came back to grab me for the consult and she was great. Kind and knoweldgeable and didn't pressure me into anything. I already felt so uneasy about my initial experience I just wanted to leave. I decided this wasn't for me. I initially placed a $50.00 deposit for my consult which I was told it was fully refundable. I have called twice for my refund in which the desk will take my name and number and and have someone call me back. I never get a call back. Still waiting on my refund. read more

I first tried Huemn in April for a pinched nerve in my shoulder, i was in unbearable pain after a long haul flight and had limited mobility. When i arrived at the clinic i was met by several employees who were all so compassionate and caring. They suggested several methods to ease the pain and make me comfortable. Prior to Cryo and Stretch therapy i had visited several Chiropractors and it seemed to be getting worse. Within one week of Cryo and stretch therapy i was pain free and mobile. Jay the physio is so knowledgeable, i cant recommend him enough, using Neufit he traced the issue to my lower back and I immediately felt relief. This place is amazing! read more

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they answered all my questions before I even asked them; told me everything that was going to happen and how it might make someone feel; "you should cover this up, don't lean against the metal, etc etc." The entire staff was welcoming, social and made me feel very important; even with a photo shoot happening It's definitely worth trying out and it is truly an investment in your body and your health, especially if you're active. They do happen to offer several packages to fit your needs and seem to be able to work with you. read more

I came in with a pinched nerve (cervical radiculitis) in my upper back and needed inflammation relief badly. Clint helped me figure out what package would be conservative to start out with. Everyone of the staff I've encountered has been above and beyond with their service, and the full-body cryotherapy has made my recovery so much faster. I started with a one week package, but extended it because of how much of a difference it made for the pain from my inflammation and how welcome everyone has made me feel. If you have or haven't tried cryotherapy I absolutely recommend this place because they offer the full-body version, which for me, was essential for targeting my neck area. You aren't required to sign up for a reoccurring membership, but after a week and a half of treatments I can see why people do! I can't thank Huemn and all of the staff at the Vintage Park location enough! *For those in need of recovery and uneasy about COVID: I've been 13 days in a row now and they are meticulous about cleaning between customers. The gloves, socks, and ear coverings you wear in the chamber all are washed after each use. Their red light treatment bed is disinfected every time I see a client finish their session, and the muscle compression treatments get a thorough spray of disinfectant then dried after each use. read more

A must for anyone with injuries, health problems or just looking for overall energy. Yes, it's cold! And totally worth it! You'll go to a changing room and you remove all clothing (men keep underwear on) and they provide gloves, socks and a robe. A few steps to the nitrogen cooled chamber and then 3 minutes later - you're done! Your head and neck stay out of the closed chamber the entire time. It's a dry cold, and the peak coldness hits about halfway thru, but by then you're almost done. Cold receptors in your skin tell your brain to keep your core warm, so after the treatment, it acts like a re-boot for your body, eliminating toxins and sending out re-oxygenated blood back thru. Personally, I have Fibromyalgia, disc herniations in my back and get migraines frequently - after 3 treatments I noticed I slept better, had more energy during the day, my pain was reduced by 50% and Bonus! - my skin felt firmer and cellulite was reduced. Safe to use every day and no medication - I'm hooked! The monthly membership is cheaper than my chiropractor visits. Modern and clean environment, you can watch TV and charge your phone in massage chairs while you relax with NormaTec compression therapy for legs, arms or hips (included with membership). Coffee and tea offered and alkaline water which has a ton of benefits! You can pay a small monthly fee to fill jugs for home use. Staff is super friendly, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely worth it to see what all the hype is about! read more

This place is awesome. Love the walk in chamber and always feel refreshed when I am done. The staff is very friendly! Other cryo places the chamber is so small and you can barely move. This one is great and has plenty of room to move around. read more

I visited this place shortly after I completed my half marathon. It was the smartest recovery move I did for myself! The staffs are very attentive and informative at this establishment and the owner is very sincere. The price for the treatment is very reasonable. Just be prepare that the cryo chamber is very cold! I tried both leg wrap and because the awesome service I went for the cryo chamber. If I live around the area I will definitely visit this place frequent! This place is great! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about how cryo will help certain problems. The facials are amazing too! read more

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for this Saturday (tomorrow) at 3 pm. I received a phone call today (Friday) asking if I was going to make it to my appointment today. My appointment had been recorded for Friday at 3 pm. I work long hours Monday - Friday. It takes a lot of planning to fit "me time" into my schedule. I'm not appreciative of a company that can't get their scheduling correct. read more

We went for the grand opening. It was a lot of fun everyone working there is very knowledgable and excited about their new business. Freezing for three minutes is an experience! It's supposed to help with all kinds of auto immune diseases and help keep you looking young. They had these great massage bags after. I put the hip one on it was amazing!!! Then a girl on site giving massages. My lungs felt very clear after. My body as a whole felt like it was getting over an adrenaline rush when it was over. My insides shook. I was hungry and slept great! In the summer I may try again in the heat of August. A cold zap of three minutes will be more appreciated. read more

Their walk-in chamber is awesome and the results are amazing. Like anything else holistic, you can't expect one visit to fix an issue, you have to do a round of sessions to maximize the benefit. Staff is fantastic and they offer way more than just Cryotherapy. Definitely check them out! read more

Wonderful! It has helped my fibromyalgia immensely. My excema is shrinking, and my skin looks so much better that my mother in law noticed and started getting weekly cryofacials.
