Excessive texts, warning me of being charged $50 if I miss my appointment in EIGhT WEEKS. Stop. I had it in my calendar. Send a reminder a few days before. Do not start bombarding people two months before! When I called to discuss the pricing and the guerrilla messaging, I was met with confusion, disconnect and overall poor communication skills. I was given the run around ad nauseam. Other competitors in the same area had better initial prices, and my inquiry was logical. Just answer the question- do you price match? Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. Inflexibility at the onset is not a good sign. I cannot even remember all the minutiae and circular conversations I had with inept employees, who basically seem to rely on AI to do their job for them. Zero follow through. The proverbial "final straw" was a "dropped" phone call. In fact, the "provider" I had been calmly and methodically speaking with two minutes before was "busy." She never called back. Drama weeks BEFORE my appointment just because I asked a question and also asked that they stop their incessant texts and emails with conflicting information. More drama trying to get a refund. I never stepped foot in this place. If it was stressful booking and asking a question, I cannot imagine being in that actual office. Clearly, poor management and inept employees who do not listen, read or follow through. These are not the kind of people I want injecting a toxin into my face! So, you got your "feedback." Hopefully, you will learn a lesson to cease your incessant blanket emails and hire actual humans who reach out, answer and return calls and authentically communicate.

I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking.
