Docked one star for value. $190 for a drip cocktail is kinda ridiculous. But the girl at the front was professional, friendly, and explained everything to a first timer clearly. I went on a Saturday. The nurse/phlebotomist was excellent. She stuck the needle/catheter in my arm so smoothly it was like magic. I did not feel a thing. They're able to put a compression sleeve on the bag so that it drips faster and I was in and out pretty quickly. I'll save this for super emergency hangover cures and not a routine thing because of the price though. read more

What a rude front desk receptionist. We stopped by tonight, or tried to stop by after having dinner at Buff Burger. We frequent the burger spot and have always wondered what the Drip Spa was about. My husband wanted to inquire about packages and possibly purchase one for us. It was 6:45 and the door was locked. The front desk receptionist just mouthed off " we are closed" and waved me off. The sign clearly says your closed at 7pm. I was not expecting a treatment service to be done, clearly it is 15 mins till closing. But, you can at least acknowledge me and possibly answer any questions that I have. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. Back to Trellis Spa! read more

Had a horrible experience!!! They have a scam operation!!! They have been charging my credit card monthly $595 without my knowledge. $3,000 has now been deducted and they are saying that I signed a monthly membership. I only visited the location one time. Apparently I signed some document along with the paperwork that they require for you to get a drip IV. When I called to clear it up the operations manager was rude and laughed at me saying that he has my signature on a document and there is nothing I can do about the charges. So I could take it up with my credit card company. I'm in the process of trying to get some of the money back. But if this is they way they plan on doing business they won't be around to long. read more

I had the worst hangover and felt like I was DYING. I went in first thing in the morning and they got me right in! The space is clean and well decorated. The chairs are comfortable, and they have a nice blanket in case you get a little chilly. The staff was friendly and the nurse was great. I barely even felt it when she stuck me, and I have no bruising! The cherry on top of this whole experience was the fact that I began feeling better in about 10 min! I am a cancer survivor and lost parts of my intestines due to the disease. I am prone to dehydration easily and cannot express the gratitude that I have for this place. I was going to check myself into MD Anderson, yet I came in today after experiencing extreme dehydration symptoms from daily activity and received the Party Drip. Minutes into the dip, all of my symptoms diminished and I was back to myself again completely by the time I left. I bought a monthly membership and will be coming back again and again. I am so glad I found this location! The staff is absolutely the best. The 1st day I went I was so dehydrated and sickly. I actually passed out when I got there walking to the bathroom. The nurse was so attentive to me, checked my blood pressure & gave me some juice to help boost my sugar. After that I continued with my drip, even the placement of the needle didn't hurt. When I was done, I felt so much better, initially I was just going to take a nap when I got home but I had so much energy I ended up cleaning and cooking. Yesterday I went in again, this time just for a little pick me up & it was another good experience. This place is awesome. It is so clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. I wasn't sure what drip to get so they helped me figure it which one would be best for me. There was pretty much no pain involved and I just relaxed for 45 minutes while I had the drip. They have a cool VIP lounge too for parties that prefer to drip in private. I was expecting so much more. The "drip" needle insertion took a few tries and it was very painful. Eventually he put it into my hand and it burnt the entire time. When I told him how much it hurt he yanked around the drip line and move the insertion around like it wasn't into a human! I was not offered anything to drink - you would think when you are spending that much money it would be a standard ask. The drip was supposed to take 30-40 minutes. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had to ask 3 times if it could go any faster. To add insult to injury - it cost $190. Not worth it. Do not recommend. read more

I joined maybe 1 1/2-2 years ago. I've been meaning to do a review. The staff was friendly. The drips are good. The problem I encountered was pretty infuriating. I inquired about a series of 3 IPA laser treatments. The first question I asked was appointment times because I work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. They said the nurse sometimes took late appointments during week at 5:15; the assured me there were Saturday morning appointments. So I committed and paid. It's not cheap. I had one treatment. I waited 2-3 weeks as advised before having second session. When it came time to schedule, they now don't offer Saturday appointments nor did the nurse have the weekday later than 4pm appointments. Very deceptive. I lost the remaining 2 visits. I guess the nurse prioritized golf or maybe her boss decided it wasn't feasible for her to work Saturdays. Not my problem. I would have never paid upfront had I known. This place can't stay open too much longer with such shifty business dealings. read more

Worst place ever!!! Can't get a manager to call you back and they owe me 400 for a service that the laser for it was not operating. I was told once it was up and running they would call me. I am very familiar with laser hair removal and medi spa services and the first session they attempted to do in lieu of correct laser was for IPL which is a face treatment and has nothing to do with hair removal!! Months later I had to initiate a call to find out when the laser will be fixed, I was told they forgot to call me because they had the laser. Due to the lack of customer service I decided to not use them and I have been trying to get someone to call me back to refund my money. When I called to ask for a manager initially they tried to figure out if it's due to a problem and all of a sudden there is no manager available. If I could put no stars I would. Don't waste your money and go to a real med spa where the managers are there to support customers that spend quite a bit of money. read more

Love this place for lipo b shots! You never ever have to wait or have an appointment! You can just walk in and get awesome service, they always offer you a bottle of water or a beverage... And the place is super nice and relaxing! I always feel great when I leave there, especially if I'm hung over! Definitely try it out... So excited to have a posh wellness spa in Houston. I've been to one in Scottsdale and Thrive blows that one away. When you walk in its so inviting.
