I saw that the office would be closed due to the Labor Day holiday. Which included the the the date my IV drip was scheduled?... the scheduled date that I was assigned. I sent a email to inquire and was told they will be close so my appt is canceled. Once again I was given the excuse of a "system error" and " I don't know how you were able to book that appt". Mistake happen however as a business is is your responsibility to ensure the information on your website is accurate and is functioning accordingly.
