Where to start? I went a couple of months ago for my first visit and due to work traveling I couldn't buy a package there. Then a week ago I received an e-mail from their location, very official email address saying that its been a long time since my first visit but they had an offer for me at a very affordable price, I just needed to approach the desk to redeem this offer and it was valid for a week. Then I decided to approach the desk, and the lady with curly long hair I believe her name was Lauren, as she heard what I mentioned about the email and after I showed it to her, she just glanced at it without even fully reading it and she totally disregarded it and said it wasn't something they offer, even though this is an email coming from their location, NOT FROM CORPORATE as she tried to make it seem after failing to give a reasonable explanation to the email. I asked her to get the manager involved and apparently no manager is at the location only reachable by phone. The manager also disregarded everything as the receptionist explained, I asked her if I could talk to the manager, and she said the manager (a woman apparently) said she was going to give me a call back. NEVER HAPPENED, and its been a week. It was the whole situation management that made me feel unappreciated as a potential client. Clearly the email was a marketing strategy to attract clients who have no come back, I was one of them, but after the receptionist careless attitude and the management negligence I have decided to take my business somewhere else. I have attached the email, so maybe this helps them to learn from this situation, before they poorly manage customer service and the promos that come out from their offices. read more

1st time customer special is $29 This covers education, consultation, and full body adjustment. Wow! I had never had an adjustment so I was pretty excited. My right hip and lower back had been bothering me over the past few days prior to my going in. Dr. Pham was so pleasant and understanding as to what I was experiencing. He was gentle with the adjustments but super effective. He provided me with tips on better habits to help prevent reoccurrence. The relief came within 2 days after my adjustment. I've been seeing Dr. crone for over a year now and wouldn't want to see anyone else! This particular location is great all around. The staff at front are super nice and helpful. Dr Crone works his magic every time I go in whether it is a preventative visit or a "I'm hurt" visit. I LOVE the joint! I've had many good chiropractors and Dr. Kim at Yale location is one of them. I work on all ends of the city and have a crazy schedule, but no matter what what suburb I'm in, I'm never far from a Joint location! And they stay open until 7:00 and work Saturdays and Sundays too, so I never have to wait long when I need an adjustment! Price is very reasonable too! I pay $79/month for 4 visits a month and only $10/adjustment if I go over 4. read more

I have been coming to the Cypress location for two years and if it weren't for their safe and precise chiropractic adjustments I would probably be bed ridden by now. I woke up this morning with really bad neck pain. My shoulder and upper back has been bothering me for a while. I decided to go to The Joint to see if they could help. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with questions and payment processing. Dr. Turley had a very friendly personality. He assessed my issues and took time to listen to details regarding the pain I had been experiencing. In one session he improved my pain level. He did recommend additional sessions. I look forward to those sessions. The joint offers very affordable chiropractic care and they also accept HSA. You can easily go after work, on weekends, or lunch hour. I went here for an adjustment and it wasn't great but I decided to give them another try. meh - adjustment not great at all. but the reason I will never return to this one is the staff. They always have two people if not three working at the front desk. I asked for a print out of my last two visits so I could submit for my health plan reimbursement. they refused telling me that you're only allowed to get billing information printed out at your home club, and btw, you have one session left. I had just moved to Houston and my "home" Club was 500 miles away. I let them know other clubs locations had given me the information before but they refused to help. I Went to another club just a few miles away and they were more than happy to help. Plus I bought another 12 pack of sessions - that was more than $500. so rude, meh on adjustment, and they seem to be the only location that I've gone to in the entire United States (20 different places as I travel a lot) that couldn't give me the information I needed. While I no longer travel for work I still get adjusted at least four times a month. These people are 2 miles away but I would rather drive the extra 8 miles for a better adjustment and significantly better customer service read more

This place was a hit and miss for me. Customer service/front desk agents were awesome. Always welcoming and sincere. I started going due to some pin in my lower back. Their adjustments and advice seemed to help. You cannot schedule an appointment, it's first come first serve at door. Lots of times i visited their lobby was packed and i would wait for over 20 minutes. Most of the time the chiropractors seemed to really care and take their time. Others, not so much and seemed like they were in a rush to adjust. I did the membership plan. Be aware of your time frames for cancellation and be sure to fill out form a month before you think you want to cancel. I called a month a before but forgot to submit email verification of cancellation. When I noticed another charge for them, I called to see if they could adjust and accept my email late. They said no. So, just be aware of time frames and that it takes more than just a call. read more

I had a terrible kink in my neck. The kind that doesn't allow you to function like a normal-necked person. I tried icy hot, massage, and meds. Over a couple of weeks of home remedies, I was suggested to see a chiropractor. I went into the joint skeptical of the outcome. After the initial adjustment I was able to turn my head normally without pain. That only lasted about 20 mins before it tightened up and caused pain again but after three sessions during the following week, I had full range of motion and only slight pain. Gradually I healed back to normal. Coming to the joint was something foreign to me and it shocked me how much my muscles relaxed after an adjustment. I purchased several visits for when my back acts up. I loved finding something that helped me and I'll continue to be a patient of the joint! read more

DONT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE! It's a scam. I was visiting in Houston from Atlanta when I had severe back pain. I went to the joint and against my better judgement I signed up because it was a better deal even though I knew I would only need a few visits. They made it sound so easy to cancel - NOT! I first called to cancel and was told I had to do it in person. I went there and was told I had to wait for a few days. I waited and went to the joint in Atlanta in person to cancel and there I was told I could only cancel where I signed up! I immediately called the joint in Texas and they asked to speak with someone at the Atlanta location. Luckily I was There when I called and the Atlanta personnel got on the phone with them. That was not the end, but I can't waste any more time in this. read more

Dr. Jung was very friendly and interested in my treatment. The place is pretty clean and modern and the front desk was nice as well. They have this wheel that you can spin if you leave a yelp review and I got a back scratcher and a stress ball from it. Came in with my friend and our sessions were about 15 minutes each. So Yelp removed my first review of this place. Hmmmm. So I don't believe for one minute they don't get paid to remove bad reviews. So my experience with this place was not good at all. I made an appointment earlier in the week. When I got to my appointment I was only told then that if your in an auto accident they will not take you unless your claiming full responsibility for your auto injury. I wish I would have known that before I even made my appointment. I took an uber to and from the place. It was a 22.00 dollar ride for nothing. Waste of time and money. The front office staff was unapologetic and rude and then took no responsibility for the fact I was not informed about this while making my appointment. I will not recommended this place. I originally came in for an injury I was told would be able to be fixed easily. The original Dr that saw me seemed nice and really attentive as to what was going on and she took her time. I signed up for a subscription because of her. Then it all changed. I work an hour out of town and there's a location in that town (Baytown) so during the week I would go there. The first three times they never could find me in the system and it would take me at least 10 minutes to get checked in because the front desk didn't know what to do or how to find me in the system. The first time using the location out of town, the Dr. Didn't even ask my name just motioned me to lay down and didn't discuss any of my needs. After we were finished I mentioned about my injury and what I was really there for and he said there was no notes in the system from my initial visit. He Didn't even offer to look at what I was talking about or asses it. I then came back two more times and the same exact thing occurred: the check in issues and not assessing the area that was hurt. I called to speak to the store I initially signed up at and they said there was one short note (maybe a few words long) in the system and that was it. I know this is an "in and out place" but i have felt very brushed off and uncared for from both locations. On top of all of that i was told i had to go back to the original location to actually sign papers to cancel my subscription. When i came in to finally cancel months later because of my schedule, the front desk person tried to sell me an extended service or freeze my account after i told him I'm canceling because of the service. The second front desk person chimed in about 3 minutes later trying to sell me on a new discounted packed. Neither listened to what i had to say as of why i was canceling: i had not used the service in 6 months (wasted money) so why would i continue. Didn't even ask what was wrong or what had happened. Promises that weren't kept, lack of Care and service and headaches after each visit is the reason for this review. read more
