Had another amazing visit at Core Chiropractic Galleria. I am a long time client (20+ yrs). I go for monthly maintenance and whenever I have an issue, ie. sciatica, rotator cuff, back, leg, arm, and/or neck. Natalie takes care of me and doesn't rush. There aren't enough words to describe just how much I love, admire, and am so grateful for CORE Chiropractic. Personally, I've been coming here for the past 4 years since 2021 and feel so thankful to have established amazing care with Dr. Brandon Siegmund. My initial intake assessment included a 5-Series set of X-ray images to determine the precise condition my body was in to serve as better guidance for any adjustments or progress accelerators (PAs, for short) I might choose to consider incorporating into my care. I further received a thorough interpretation of said X-ray images at my next visit to discuss a more comprehensive treatment plan together w/ Dr. Siegmund to best tackle my physiological ailments so I could start feeling better. Over the next few years of my more intense treatment plan upfront, which then transitioned into more of a maintenance schedule plan for every visit - I've received not only regular adjustments on a bi-weekly rhythm, but also benefited immensely from a couple of CORE Chiropractic's PAs (such as their decompression chair for my cervical spine, PEMF tables to aid my body in proper alignment and support my body's physical recovery while enrolled in an intensive yoga teacher training, plus additional STIM therapy sessions to address deeper lingering muscle aches and pains (akin to using an at-home TENS unit) to experience the most relief. As my care under Dr. Siegmund's purview transitioned into more of a maintenance schedule-like plan, I "graduated" from the aforementioned three PAs listed above and have mostly preferred trimming back my care to receiving just my rhythmic chiropractic adjustments on a bi-weekly cadence along with the addition of CORE's latest PA option known as HEIT to enhance Dr. Siegmund's ability to decompress my cervical spine even more effectively and so that he can more easily adjust my first ribs back into place after I've endured poor sleep postures during travel. Now, I can't live without coming to visit CORE Chiropractic or seeing Dr. Siegmund for my regular bi-weekly rhythm adjustments. I've also gotten to know not only the entire staff who are all so sweet, but I've also gotten to know both Dr. Philip Cordova and Dr. Natalie Cordova as wonderfully kind co-owners of their 'husband-wife owned' practice that make it such a terrific place and impressive chiropractic business to always visit. Their standards of high-quality, top-notch care plus incredible team of chiropractic doctors and knowledgeable team/staff would be extremely hard to beat as far as the competition is concerned. For anyone in Houston considering starting their own journey to explore physiological pain relief or more comprehensive treatment or if going to your Physical Therapist has gotten underwhelming or just isn't cutting it for you anymore (which is ultimately what led me to seek out chiropractic care to begin with), I couldn't recommend trying out CORE Chiropractic highly enough! Professional and friendly team. I have been a client since 2010. Dr Phil successfully adjusts my neck and back to ease the discomfort of turning my head while driving in traffic and playing tennis. At 73, I play tennis 5 days /week. The team, Edwardo & Dr Phil, keep my spinal cord open and flexible. Emily and others help schedule my appointments. After X-rays, Dr Phil could see adjusting my vertebra to allow my vocal cords to vibrate; thus allowing me to talk after 5 weeks of seeing medical specialists and getting nowhere. I've hesitated for a long time in writing a review for Core. The doctors are very nice, even when front desk staff isn't so welcoming (I'll elaborate on this) and I just really really really wanted to like this place but I realized this just wasn't the place for me. For starters, Dr Siegmund is very awesome. Very kind. Always good in conversation. & he is the reason I kept going back and really wanted to like this place. Location is quiet. Facilities clean. When you walk in, the front desk staff can tend to be very robotic. It made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I guess I'm used to the southern warm welcome. Here it's like a "what do you want" and "go there" and "okay now pay and leave." Again, probably what it should be but not the extra "happy to see you" and "we care" attitude I like to hear at a medical practice. Made me feel like they weren't happy. Appointments: so here was my biggest issue. I walked in one day and they had several of us scheduled at the same time. This would not have been an issue, except all three of us were there at the same time for the same physician. This leads to the doctor only being able to spend about 3 minutes with you because someone else is waiting on them. To me that's frustrating considering how much you pay. I get that it's just an adjustment, but when you're having pains you don't want to be asking questions as everyone is walking out. The first and second appointment were the longest due to consultation and xrays, but that was it. Lastly, the plans were the same for everyone regardless of issue. A few of my friends and I were recommended here. We all were given the same plan for our different issues. This infilled requesting we pay for months of sessions up front. I just didn't feel cared about here. If that's your cup of tea, that's okay. But I'm not the person who is okay with detached professionals with my health. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Siegmund for over three years for a treatment of a hip defect. After years of physical therapy and daily pain, I finally started chiropractic care at a point I was completely hopeless of ever living a normal life. Although I'll never have normal range of motion in my hip, I no longer live in daily pain and my quality of life has improved drastically. I firmly believe Dr Siegmund has helped me push off an inevitable hip replacement indefinitely. Dr. Siegmund is kind, welcoming and friendly. He always remembers what's going on in my life and is sure to ask and check in on my family. And when hurricane Harvey hit Houston, he remembered I lived in a hard hit area of the city and sent an email checking in that we were safe during the storm. Can anyone tell me how many doctors would go to that length. In November, I changed jobs and no longer work in the galleria but instead work from home (about 40 minutes from Core Chiropractic). I still make trips in to see Dr Siegmund despite having many qualified chiropractors much closer to home because I know none of them will provide the quality of care Dr Siegmund does. read more
