WILL NOT be going there. They are allowing a homeless person squat out behind their building. For weeks at a time. This female is not clothed properly, she is smoking (unsure what substance), and throwing her urine into the street. I called and asked if they were aware and got clammy and stated that "they are aware and allow them to stay as it is a personal matter" This is a place of business. I first visited her office 4 years ago after being told by doctors I needed back surgery to fix my degenerative disc. I had been in debilitating pain for an entire year but I swore surgery would be my VERY last option. After the standard tests I was told to come in twice a week for 6 months and then once a week and finally once a month. IT WORKED!!! The pain was gone pretty much after the first 6 weeks and NO SURGERY!! I honestly felt like it was a miracle!.... I finally found a chiropractor that could accommodate me at 9.5 months pregnant! I searched my entire pregnancy for a place that would accept insurance, pregnant women, my soon to be newborn and myself Postpartum and in the future. Not only did they fix me up at 38 weeks pregnant and relieved a ton of my back and round ligament pain, I finally could sleep better and relax. Today, I had my first visit Postpartum and my newborn had his first visit at 7 weeks old. He had a super rough day and had not napped all day due to constipation and over-tiredness. Dr. Batterton was so patient and caring with my newborn. She gave him time to calm down, being so patient while I fed a fussy baby so she could properly assess him when he was more settled. She took the time to ask questions and visit with me about my newborn's habits before looking at him. As soon as she worked on him, he immediately relaxed. He had his first nap of the day on the ride home and had a big diaper waiting for me when we arrived. Not only are the front desk ladies some of the nicest you'll ever have the pleasure to meet (and they are wizards remembering your name!), but Dr. B and her staff are kind, knowledgable, and efficient. I appreciate that I can, on average, come in for my adjustment and be out in less than 5 mins. They know my time is valuable, and don't play waiting games. Recently Dr. B has been hosting monthly essential oil nights, where a Doterra rep comes in and teaches how essential oils can complement chiropractic care. I have received excellent care from Dr. BAtterton for the past 8 years. The best Chiropractor in Houston.

DO NOT go to this clinic. I called and made an appt. and even provided my insurance info ahead of time. They even called me back to verify it was good to use, but would have to pay for x-rays. I was looking for a good place to get adjusted just for regular care, no major pain. I show up and was greeted nicely, but I saw the doctor for maybe 2-3 minutes, was asked a few questions, then they had me take multiple x-rays. After that was finished they told me to book my next appt. They said I could not get an adjustment as my insurance does not allow for x-rays and adjustments the same day. Basically this is their way to charge my insurance again and get more money. They could have easily told me this over the phone as when I booked my appt. they asked why I was coming in and I said to get an adjustment but did not have any pain. I paid over $100 and did not even get adjusted. This place is a joke. read more

I used this provider due to some neck and nerve pain. They are extremely friendly and responsive, but the office is rather busy (probably a good sign). My prognosis and treatment were explained to me in detail (which I appreciate). I am undergoing a treatment program with them and will assess the effectiveness in the coming months. They are excellent about handling all the insurance information and making my experience as painless (no pun intended) as possible. The negatives are minor. The office is a bit crowded and busy, but they have been flexible on when I can come in for treatment which is good with my schedule. I also feel like some of the "relaxing muscle treatment" administered after the primary treatment is not necessary, but it is not expensive in any way, just a little time consuming. All in all, my experience has been positive and I believe it will continue to be so. read more
