Dr. Mitchell was a breath of fresh air. Most obviously, he has great energy. He is so down-to-earth, upbeat, and responsive to his patients. As a client, I can sense that Dr. Mitchell views his practice as a calling, that he is a person of faith and conviction and that reflects in his patient care. He listened to my case and did more for my healing through his techniques - ultrasound, red laser, and deep massage. He's very smart and focuses on the root issue, not a band-aid fix. Office experience. I arrived on time for my first appointment and waited for 15 minutes to see Dr. Tyer. A man showed up stating that he was a doctor and needed an adjustment. They let him be seen before me without explanation. The lady in the front desk said that "he was a doctor and he has preference". I left the office without seeing the doctor. Here's what I love and why I always go back here if I need it: For one, I can always get an appointment very easily at a time that's convenient for me. Parking is free which is another bonus. Then, I can always rely on Dr. Mitchell to get me in good working order usually within 1-3 appointments. And he does it without hard sales pushes or baiting you for extra appointments if you really don't need it. And I'm also able to use my insurance. I had a back spasm for the first time in my life a month ago. I was effectively bedridden for three and a half weeks. I decided to see a Chiropractor based on a friends recommendation who is a long term patient. The office is excellent, located in the Montrose area of Houston. The staff is great; efficient and attentive. Before a consultation they take you to a "therapy room" where you get electro therapy that acts like a massage and a heating pad to relax your muscles. The next step is to see the doctor. I walked into the office and at that time I was in extreme back pain. He did an assessment, explained my situation and possible causes and the gave me an adjustment. Within a period of 48 hours he has been able to reduce my pain to a point where it's hardly noticeable. (Although I still have soreness which was expected) I can not recommend them enough. read more

Dr. Mitchell is a Life Saver!! When I first went to see him in July 2015, I was basically hoping to find some relief from lower back and knee pain. Little did I know that he would immediately notice that I was a very sick lady and heal not only my back, but also my WHOLE BODY!! A year ago in 2014, I lost both of my parents.
