I want to start by saying that I absolutely LOVE cryotherapy, but after my experience today at Restore Cryotherapy, I probably will go elsewhere. When I walked in, the place was empty and the employee behind the front desk was on the phone. I did not initially see her until she moved the sign on the desk to try and hide herself. She did not greet me or acknowledge me until I walked right up to the front desk. I am not sure the importance of the phone call, but would have appreciated at least a "hello." After hearing some of her phone conversation, she finally acknowledged me by mouthing, "just a minute." I not only felt like this was unprofessional, but after waiting for a minute, it did not sound like she was getting off the phone any time soon, so I left. I did not receive any services and was frustrated that I wasted my lunch break on this. The two stars I gave were for my first experience at Restore Therapy, as the gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and organized as a whole. Unfortunately this negative experience has forced me to look for other places to receive my cryotherapy treatments. read more

I am a big believer in this place. I come in at least twice a week, it is great for both cryo and compression. The staff is off the charts in the art of customer service and experienced in all the treatment they provide. The owner is often there and is consistently friendly and helpful. It is a peaceful and clean facility that offers healing, I simply cannot think of somewhere better to go then a place you can say that about. read more

I heard lots of great things about cryotherapy and decided to give it a try. My experience here was top notch. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I even spent about 15 minutes after my first session talking directly with the owner and asking additional questions. I love coming to this place for the variety of services they offer and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I think their reputation alone earns them credibility, but would like to point out a recent positive experience that deserves recognition. I had been experiencing issues in my rewards points system and had a payment issue, so I called and talked to Leslie, who rectified the entire situation within an hour. The issues were a bit complicated, but she quickly grasped the situation answered all of my questions, and had the problem solved within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are literally life savers. They are in the business of healing people and they mean it. From the top with owner Jim, to the entire staff, they go out of their way to improve your health. My mom has cancer and uses the hyperbaric oxygen treatment. It gives her immense relief for 90 minutes everyday free of pain and discomfort. She doesn't want to get out. Manager Ashlee and the gang have been a tremendous support in my family's journey to keep my mom comfortable. They are angels and have RESTORED my faith in the goodness of people. read more

Great Service. Location has a really nice spacious modern & simple setup to it. Really Clean! Enjoyable Music. Most Important, I can now get my freeze on closer to home. I would definitely recommend this place if you're having any kind of pain on your body because you play or have played sports or just because mother nature is reminding you that you're getting old. I do feel more energized after every session, increase my metabolism & heals my soreness from playing soccer & tennis. I went in for my first session and love this place. It is nicely laid out like a spa and the actual cryo chamber is a newer model and is one of the nicest I have ever seen. The lady at the front desk was super nice and talked me through what was going on while I was in the cryo chamber. This place is awesome. Went here for my first time on a whim today and have never felt better. I put my back and body through a lot of strenuous exercise being a golfer. After leaving I felt like a new version of myself. Mentally and physically cleared. I did the cryotherapy and compression therapy on my hips. It was super cold but more than worth it. Love love LOVE this place!! The owner and staff couldn't be nicer and the services they offer are AMAZING!! I was skeptical when I came in the first time but Jim took the time to talk to me about cryotherapy and gave me a great price on a session just try try it. I have fibromyalgia that has been just kicking my butt more and more and have been desperate to find something to provide relief. I've also had horrible insomnia for years. That first session was nothing short of exhilarating MAGIC. With the endorphins released and the decreased inflammation I felt great. I also slept MUCH better that night. I ended up buying a ten pack of sessions for total body, and go in at least twice a week. Do I still have fibro flares? You betcha! Do I feel better over all doing cryo? Absolutely!!! I was curious about the facials, so I'm doing those too-and have noticed a subtle improvement (I've only done three facials) and one day I was having really bad neck and shoulder pain so I had a localized treatment.....total relief!!! Couldn't be happier!!! You will not find a better price anywhere (in fact in reading about cryotherapy I've found I'm paying a FRACTION of what other parts of the country are paying) and I think you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier, more knowledgeable owner and staff.
